“Great folks to work with. I called and asked about 10 questions regarding an issue with an electric motor on a concrete saw. They answered each as best they could and remained patient and professional through the process. They offered to check both an electric motor and capacitor I had. They saved me a lot of money and delay by figuring out it was the capacitor. They also had the part I needed in stock. Thanks guys!”
“We went around a couple different light stores and then ended up here. This place seemed a little better priced. One of the staff, Brad, came up to us and helped us find what we were looking for and was really knowledgeable of all the store. He even gave us a pretty good deal on everything we purchased. Bought 3 light fixtures for under 400$. This is a pretty reasonable place if you’re not trying to break the bank on fixtures. Would buy from again”

“I bought and Amanda Washer and Dryer from them about a month ago. I am so pleased with the way they both work for my laundry needs.The two two gentlemen that delivered them, took the old ones out and installed my new machines were terrific. They made sure I understood how both worked before they left and left our place the way they found it, clean.I bought a Amana glass top stove from them 2 yrs ago and was very satisfied with their service then, and the repair work they have done for me in the past is superb, that's why I went to them for my washer and dryer.Good Job--”

“Located off of Industrial/L Street and 120th, parking was no issue today. Staff provided the help to find the right aisle for paint brushes and portable gas containers. Prices were very reasonable, and even though checkout took a while due to a distracted clerk who didn't see us at checkout 4, everything else was pretty good at this Home Depot.”

“This store is very structured and very understandable. I never hade problems with their customer service. Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Also one time had a problem with there third party rebate processor, they sent my $1,2k rebates to the wrong address , but few months later there customer service helped to make it work.”
“Store had what I needed as this was the closet one to where I was at so in a way it was convenient. I asked to have some help getting a few bags mulch but the person who was in the garden center when I asked said I don't work in the department and just walked away. I couldn't find any other person other than the cashier who had a line of people in the garden center so I went inside and asked the first employee I saw and they said no problem glad to help.”

We made multiple purchases on different days and were sold individual protection plans for the various purchases.When we cancelled one of the orders, Mr. Galdeano informed us that we could consolidate our subsequent purchases into the initial protection plan since were still within the upper limit threshold of the tiered plan. Our savings by doing so were substantial.It is his honest, customer-focused service that will keep us coming back to NFM for future purchases. Mr. Galdeano earned our trust for NFM, and should be commended and recognized for his knowledge, and high level of service.*** Suggest Sales Associates be reminded that various purchases may be consolidated under a single protection plan, as long as the total sales price remains within the upper limit threshold of the protection plan. None of the Sales Associates mentioned this to us, even though we informed them we had made several purchases recently. ***”
“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”
