William Whitman at Woodhouse is an incredible salesman! He really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect car. He's attentive, friendly, and makes the whole car-buying process a breeze. If you're looking for a great salesperson at Woodhouse, I highly recommend working with William Whitman. He'll make sure you drive away in the car of your dreams!

My first experience with their service center was less than stellar to say the least. I made an appointment for 4 pm today—-a Monday. After an hour and a half wait I finally went out to see what the problem was. They told me they were just draining the oil. Their reason for the wait was they were double booked and busy. They said there was one other car left. I pushed to the end of the line because why? I had an appointment. While the people in the service center were nice. My first experience was not. I am new at this as my husband recently passed away. I guess I need to look around for other service options.

Clearly a mess of an organization since it's changed hands several times in a few years. We have our leased vehicle serviced through them, and after waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment, I'm told that they can't even get an actual technician to look at it until the next day. No courtesy cars for over a year now, either. I purchased a vehicle and leased another through this dealership when it was Baxter, and they always did a great job. Going downhill, and won't be returning after our lease is up.

Wow. Seriously, wow. I don't often use that word to describe a dealership (vs a restaurant) but wow. From my intake technician (Mitch), to the courtesy shuttle driver, (Chip), I could not have asked for better customer service. My auto concerns were quickly addressed, & text updates sent, identifying critical issues, along with future work on the horizon.Service was quick, efficient, & thoroughly explained what was needed for repairs (& why). I would highly recommend this dealership!!!!

My Jeep has been there for three weeks now!! Easy fix and they overpriced it. Finally gave me a loaner after two in a half weeks. Don’t recommend if you need your vehicle back quickly. But I will say Jose was very professional and understood my frustration. Not his fault.

It’s Friday morning. I’ve called expressing my interest for trading in my Ram 1500 to a 2500. I was immediately serviced by Michael Williams. He’s been helpful, kind, courteous, respectful and overall goes above and beyond. He is the prime definition of what a salesman should be! I am pleased with my purchase, with the experience and will definitely come back for more business. Thank you, Michael!

Had a time trying to find entrance yo the service area. Other than that, when I go to my regular location in Council Bluffs, I am asked if I want my filters checked and changed if needed, wipers as well, and asked about a tire rotation however, I was not asked any of these things at this location. There were beverages offered but no water that I could see, in this heat, cold water would have been nice. Outside of these things, everyone was polite and there were no issues with the service I received.

A friend has had his Jeep with these folks for servicing going on two weeks. It was good to drive but had a few things he wanted fixed. They haven’t called him or anything. He’s tried calling them many times and their phone system is all messed up. I finally called and made it through. They told me they were just wrapping up paperwork…that was hours ago and they still haven’t even called the owner to let him know when he can pick up his vehicle. I wouldn’t trust Woodhouse to sell or maintain a vehicle based on this ridiculousness!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation.Later in the morning, I was text messaged informing me a lug nut was stripped and a new wheel nut could be installed for $30. Okay, the service dept stripped it, but I’ll pay for the fix.I replied press with putting the wheel nut on. However, no reply back from anyone. Also, I texted about the spark plug replacement cost and the time you closed. Again, no reply.I showed up at the service dept and was informed I was down one wheel nut and driving with one missing nut should be okay for awhile. That was reassuring! So, after paying my bill, I was off to find a wheel nut. I found one for $3.59 and installed it. I can’t believe I was going to be charged $30.Also, even though my tires were rotated, the tire pressure dash lights were on. Both rear tires were over 10psi low. So, I also had to add that to my to do list after paying for a service appointment. If you rotate the tires, I would expect the tire pressure would be checked. Or at least, if you saw the dash light on, someone would address the issue. It was ignored or overlooked.I’ve service my vehicle there on all occasions. This is the worse service I’ve received and currently am considering going elsewhere. I feel the service was absolutely below expected performance.

There are reasons why the public generally hates to deal with car dealerships. Dishonesty, lack of flexibility, pressure - the list goes on. We expressed interest in a specific vehicle and asked to take it to our mechanic to have him look over it first before we commit. We have a trade-in (obviously worth more than the dealership was willing to give, no surprise) and a sizeable down payment. Our only ask was to take it to our mechanic, so they let us take the vehicle home 20 minutes before the dealership was set to close. We call our mechanic first thing this morning hoping that he can get it in to look at it. Unfortunately, he is overbooked and technically booked out until next Thurs but offered to look at it first thing Monday morning. So we asked to hold on to it until Monday so we could get it looked at first thing. Their response, "Sorry, no. We have two appointments booked for it tomorrow." Our mechanic specifically said, "They are going to pressure you, but don't let them." Okay, cool. We'll take it back. Sorry, but if you're not going to give interested parties a chance to have a 7 year old vehicle looked over before they sign on the dotted line, than good luck with your next "2 appointments" as we probably shouldn't do business with you anyway. My 18 year old will take his hard earned, significant down payment somewhere else. We still have that appointment with our mechanic on Monday and will most likely find something elsewhere in the meantime.

My experiences there have been terrible with their service team. If I could give them negative stars I would.I purchased an extended service plan with my new truck, which is the only reason I went back more than once. The service advisors lack any empathy or basic customer service skills which is surprising given how expensive service at a dealership is. It's nearly impossible to ever get through via phone, and I've never received a call back after leaving a message. That being said I think their mechanics and diesel techs seem to do a great job and I have never had issues with their work. They've even ridden with me to help diagnose a warranty issue which I really appreciated.

DO NOT waste your time with them. I sent them two emails and did one chat session to ensure they would be ready to do the service on my wife's car and to handle some extended warranty work.NO ONE either responded to either the emails or the chat session. The chat session even PROMISED someone would be in contact with me.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why a dealership has a "Contact Me" feature and will NOT use it.Ron from Bellevue, NE

Very professional place. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for regular maintenance and anything else I may need. I was there for an oil change and they checked everything over, I was able to approve or not approve the maintenance they felt necessary. My vehicle is only a few years old, I knew it needed new filters, the last place I went to I was told it was too early to get anything replaced. I would so recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated fairly and wants there car to last a long time. Like I said... I will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with my experience at Edwards, from helping find the best vehicle to my needs and taste, they did try and sale me features I didn’t want and would never use! They were friendly, very helpful and worked to get it all done in a timely manner!!Very very pleased with my experience!I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my online inquiry. They were great at communicating everything each step of the process!!

First service guy didn't act like he even wanted to be there, I told him all my issues including my rear sensor not working and he said he couldn't get to that today so I'd have to make another appointment. So that's still broke. couldn't just look at it and see if parts needed to be ordered or simple fix. Not happy with the appointment things when Baxter owned it was great just to pop in and get oil change when needed. I don't have the time with my schedule to be making all these appointments.
