Worse place to take your car too I have given them the benefit of the doubt since it’s the closest Chevy dealer to me first time I needed a new radiator paid for it left something wasn’t right they didn’t bleed my radiator 2nd time I make an appointment had an oil leak was said to be something simple an they untimely were lying to me saying they are working on it an didn’t reach back out to me at all til I called at close 3rd time which was today I had my mom take my car in for an oil change I work nights I get a call from her saying my engine lights on an I can hear on the phone him blatantly lie to my mother an say it was on when they got it no it wasn’t and then told my mom it was something with the powertrain and it just wasn’t adding up I headed there n asked the guy for the inspection an what the code pulled up an book another blatant lie this place is bad business

10/10 would recommend to anyone with a vehicle. Best place to buy a vehicle, new or used. Service is always honest and reliable. I’ve been coming to beardmore for many years and will continue for many more.

The service department was amazing and went the extra mile with customer service to help get our family vehicle back to safe driving! Daryn went above and beyond in his service and care. I am so thankful they came to the rescue! We've been customers here for years and I'd recommend them over anyone in the area 10/10.

Charged Ev nice charger, spoke with parts deliver driver! Ev van. 140 miles needs hybrid thinking still GM not many DC fast chargers around Mid west yet

Poor customer service takes days to contact you back and they screen your calls. I purchased a used vehicle from Beardmore Chevy. In which i took in to my local dealership to have alignment checked before haveing new tires installed and then come too find out that the lower left control arm was bad in which they stated before I bought it saying it had full point inspection with a printed check sheet. Be mindful this is not even owning it for a month. As I noted that the tires needed replacement during the purchase process and still couldn't get anything off the purchase price guess i learned my lesson. And my local GM dealership also found out it needs oil cooler lines too. Contacted them on the problem said if I were to bring them the vehicle in which I'm 2 hrs plus drive away that they would cover the cost or pay me half of the 700 hundred. If I had my local GM dealership do the work. So i choose my dealership instead of makeing a total 4 hr drive their. Then sent copies of the invoice in which I still haven't received any verification of payment and also had my local dealership email them a invoice which they said the never received . And also don't sign up for their ethos extended warranty program or at least make sure to check what your plan is they don't warranty hardly anything at the cost of 5k quite ridiculous. In which i have gone through the process of canceling the warranty program. I'm never one to say say bad about anyone or anything but this was an all out worst experience ever. So just stating this here for the next customer to be mindful on your purchase of a used vehicle from them.
