I was told from a different location from Subaru I should be able to schedule a service for a battery issue replacement as it should still be under warranty and Subaru Bellevue location told me I should reach back out to that location and take it there so I wouldn’t get charged, I told the Advisor Rep I have an invoice # so he can look it up as it should still be under warranty and just told me he understand but to just take it to the other location and hanged up on me. Unprofessional.

I worked with Jaime P. On purchasing a new wrx after my car was totaled, she was such a pleasure to work with, it made the buying process a fun experience again!
She ensured that I was confident in my purchase and allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles to get a better idea of which vehicle I preferred.
Jaime explained each of the warranties to me to make sure I opted in for the ones I wanted and made Subaru feel like a place I could come back to again!
From a nightmare to a dream come true, thank you jaime for making this a positive experience!

Im disappointed in the service I got. I was looking for a used vehicle. I found one at the Subaru dealership. The guy that helped us lied about everything. I have had so much go wrong right after I bought the car. 20000. Dollars later. Not happy with him.

Disappointed in my Subaru!
I took our 2017 outback for its regular oil change service. Our outback has 67k miles on it and has been meticulously dealership serviced since purchasing it and never a hint of any problems until this service. Apparently our vehicle has what is called an extension housing leak which requires a $4600. Repair. We bought our Subaru because of the reliability these vehicles were supposed to have. I guess that is a fallacy.
Buyer beware!!

Took my car in for a diagnosis of the radio for an extended warranty. Was told 1 hour for diagnosis. Diagnosis took 4 hours, leaving me without a car for the weekend and a 200 dollar bill to tell me nothing. Scam artists.

I purchased my first Subaru 2 weeks ago and the 2nd night I had the car I got caught in a terrible downpour. I was so relived to be in my new Cross Trek with all the safety features. I knew I made the right choice.
The entire team at Beardmore was top notch. From the no pressure sales to the financing I wanted along with the follow up care to answer all of my questions. Catherine, Cadan & Shauna were great top work with. Thank you all for a great experience.

Extremely disappointed with whole experience. Purchased a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. It felt like the only thing that mattered to all employed there was pushing the sale through. I haven't even had the vehicle 2 months and the oil light came on. I was assured before my purchase, that the oil had just been changed. When I checked the oil, it didn't even register on the dipstick. I ended up adding 2 quarts of oil. Called the dealership and they advised me to take it to a Kia dealership on my dime. (Kia is the make of my vehicle.) I absolutely will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Beardmore Subaru service personnel fixed what needed to be fixed, told me what could not be done, and advised what needed to be done soon. They were very professional and did everything they could. This is why we continue to purchase cars from them, and get them worked on there.

The Subaru website can be misleading, making one to think that the September deal for the models they are showing are priced at $29,995. That price is only for the base model. When I went to the dealer to buy a Subaru, I discovered this when I was in their office and showed them how this could be misleading, as the picture shown looks like the Outback wilderness. I told them I was sorry for misinterpreting their advertisement, but I'm not going to buy a new 2025 model. It will depreciate, possibly by $10,000-$15,000, within a year after purchasing it. They informed me they do not depreciate that much in value over the span of 2 years. I then pulled up the Subaru website and showed them the 2023 and 2024 Outback Wilderness models, which were priced between $30,000 and $35,000. I told them I am more than willing to buy a used 2023 or a 2024 model, and they then told me if I'm not going to be buying a 2025 model to stop wasting their time and to leave.....so I did, I went down the road and bought a 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness for $33,000.

The overall transaction went smooth as silk. I leased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek. I didn't feel pressured. I went to a different dealership before coming to Beardmore and it was a nightmare. I've told everyone I know and anyone who listened about both locations. I have highly recommended BREADMORE!

Subaru was my second choice, but as soon as I sat in the Outback & closed the door, I knew it was the vehicle I wanted.
John Carnes was great to work with.
He was very helpful by pointing out features of the vehicle.
He and the team have texted and called to make sure I don't have any additional questions regarding features of the vehicle.
I had 2 visits.
1st one was to test drive.
2nd one was the next day to purchase the vehicle.
Great team to work with and they sell a great product.
The Dark Mahogany Pearl color is awesome...it always looks different depending on the light...
