Budget storage not only has competitive pricing but they're also super friendly and truly care about you. Lisa is infinitely AWESOME! Plus, for those times when life gets crazy, they respectfully contact you to remind you to pay BEFORE late fees would be charged. We actually look forward to going to our storage units! When's the last time you knew someone who said THAT?

Clean property, nice people, my only problem that I have is that it is kind of a pain to get to if you are going north on ft. crook so that is why only 4 stars.

They tried to do me dirty by demanding a cleaning fee at the end. It wasn't much of a mess. In the end I swept out the unit and didn't have to pay. That mean 98 pound denture landlady sure gave me a run for my money ? ?.

A good place for secure storage. Its nothing fancy but the roof don't leak and they take care of the driveway. Price is great.

I would give zero stars, but they don’t offer that option.When I first went to rent from Budget Storage, the woman was slow, completely unorganized, & basically inept. I left & had to go back the next day to get someone who actually knew what they were doing.I vacated the unit on 1.3.2020, & informed them by phone because the office was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Two days later I still had not received a return phone call so I called back. The machine would not let me leave a message the second time. I called again today and was able to leave a message, and the manager called me back. She told me that I was not entitled to a refund or a prorated refund because that wasn’t their policy. Don’t mess with these people they will rip you off and they’re stupid!

Do not use this place! Bugs all over the unit and they will do nothing about it. Rodents have damaged my property in their storage unit and they say by Nebraska law that they are not reliable. They don't even deserve 1 star after not even trying to compensate me for the damages.
