I dropped my dog off for grooming and went about my business. I received VM that Duke needed kennel cough vaccine with an apology that they didn’t tell me earlier. No problem I said, drove the 30 min back to pick dog up and reschedule after I got his vaccine. (I was under the assumption that only kenneled dogs needed it but it was not an issue - I said I would get it). Then a different woman, Christina, told me I needed to pay her $16.50 for a late/missed appointment charge. What? I didn’t miss an appointment. They cancelled the appointment and I returned to get my dog. Christina didn’t care — “it’s policy!” she kept repeating. After she said they don’t waive the fee even in cases where it was THEM that neglected to tell me he needed that vaccine when I called for appt and again when I dropped dog off. She said it was my fault — I should have noticed the signs on the wall! I cannot believe a business owner would adhere to such poor customer service. I know Christina isn’t the owner so perhaps the owner would not have insisted I pay this fee. I finally realized I didn’t want to leave my dog in this woman’s hands and left. For good.

My Bestie Chloe had a wonderful visit when I was out of town for a week and she really had a good time. Plus, when you pick up your dog they give you a report card to let you know how they did. I'll definitely be using their services again!

This is well deserved. After new management took over it went downhill. I boarded my .pet there for a week I was on vacation. The first meet and greet they said they didn't do because they was not sure if he was neuter. Which they have his records and my cell phone number. The second they told me he didn't get along with the dogs. (Lie) so he didn't get play time my whole vacation. Plays all the time at my groomers. I asked to groom because I couldn't get into my groomers. They did not do. When I picked up he smelled like piss. Will not be going there again. All I got was excuses.

I have been using Bellevue pet adventures for several years now. They do a wonderful job of handling my anxious GSD. She is a friendly middle aged dog but she has an issue with seperation anxiety and can be tricky for other people to handle. The staff here is always patient with her. Which is the main reason I keep coming back, it means a lot to me that they spend time making her comfortable rather then forcing her to go with them.Recently I adopted a second dog and have been bringing him in for grooming. The staff always makes him look handsome! Overall, I would definitely recommend them!

My family has been bringing our 2 dogs to this establishment for almost two years every 6 weeks. We have had multiple incidents that we have asked for early appointments. Then six weeks later we find that these requests have not been fulfilled. There was one stretch that they refused to groom the dogs one after another. So one appointment was at 8 AM and one was at 12 PM. The dogs had to sit all day in a kennel for a 1 hour hair cut. When I asked why this changed from previous appointments, the receptionist got all pissy with me and said that is the way it is. Then she said it was new management. To top it all off, today (Monday) the vet had not sent vaccine records, as requested last Friday. Bellevue Pet Adventures called and said they would not hold one of dogs for 45 minutes while the vet was processing the request. Are you kidding me? Their idea of customer service is a joke. We are not asking for crazy requests, just some common sense customer service for a long term client. The dogs always had decent cuts, but it is not worth the hassle of such inferior customer service anymore. There are a lot of groomers who provide much better service. If you want frustration for normal service, this is the place to go.-------------------------------------Just saw your response. Shame on you. No one ever told us the split appointments was for the health and safety of dogs. That does not even make sense. They were there for four hours minimum before we were called whether they went at the same time or one at a time. And I was told specifically yesterday that the dog we were just waiting for the vet to send the vaccination records could NOT stay at the facility until the paperwork was in hand. The last issue is why I posted this review in the first place.

Love Bellevue Pet Adventures. The staff is great, I can genuinely tell that the love and care for the animals. Having the ability to leave my pup for daycare during the day is awesome. Grooming does a great job as well.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience with Bellevue Pet Adventures.Due to a change in mine and my husband's work schedule, we were in search of a doggy daycare to take our 6 month old German Shepherd, Moose, to once a week. I had called Bellevue Pet Adventures and asked questions regarding their daycare, and was told they accept intact males and just limit their interactions with intact females during playtime. Great! I called back a week later to schedule a meet and greet and asked what to expect from it, and was told they last 4-5 hours and Moose should be playing for approximately 3.5 hours and then 30 minutes to walk the facility and meet staff. I took him in yesterday and asked the lady at the front desk if they call me when he's done and I was told "Yes, we'll call you in about 4-5 hours to pick him up!" and she even confirmed my phone number with me.At 2:40pm, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. I said its been over 5 hours and I hadn't heard back from them, so I was just curious how things were going and was told "Oh, we don't call for meet and greets, you were supposed to come anywhere between 4-5 hours to pick him up." and so I had mentioned I was told I was supposed to get a call (which is why I hadn't picked him up yet) and she responded with "Well, it must've been a miscommunication because we only call for grooming appointments."I get there 10 minutes later to read a report card saying they have an intact female in this group, so since Moose isn't neutered, they had to limit his playtime because of her and other intact males they had. I asked the lady at the front desk, "Just out of curiosity, does that mean Moose was crated all day?" And she specifically said "Well, essentially." Great. I was told he'd be playing all day. They brought Moose out and handed me a WET leash. I asked "Did Moose happen to pee on his leash?" and was told "We don't know if he did or didn't pee." At this point, I'm pretty irritated, so I take Moose and leave. When I loaded Moose into the car, I noticed he smelled absolutely awful and then felt that he was SATURATED in pee. I can only imagine Moose was crated all day and left to lay in his pee. Also, why was his leash on him while he was in the crate?I will absolutely never be bringing Moose back here. Maybe you'll have a different experience if you have a spayed/neutered pup, but maybe not. I'm writing this review so that people can know the way my puppy was treated. If I was told from the beginning that he'd be crated due to him not being neutered yet, I wouldn't be writing this review-- but that's the problem. I was specifically trying to find a place for him to play and NOT be crated for so long. The communication was horrendous and the expectations they set were not met at all.Just as a final note, I'm not the one to hop on Google Reviews just to leave bad reviews when I have a negative experience somewhere. I give 5 stars when it's deserved and leave 1 stars when it's necessary. This is only my second poor review out of all the positive reviews I have left, so I do think this was necessary to share with everyone-- I hope you have better luck with your fur babies.
