I live in bellevue but work in gretna so it is easy to drop off and get work done. A part came loose which made me not comfortable driving that far. Steve was willing to take a look and help solve the problem. He explained it in a way that was easy to understand and let me know the time line I can get my vehicle back.

First of all lemme talk about their amazing manager Steve! What an absolute great dude. Super accommodating and super helpful with everything I needed. I have been in and out of their shop tons recently and they have helped me with coupons and discounts knowing money can be tight and they have the best prices around. Ive gotten all my repairs appraised at dozens of shops and no one beats this brakes plus. They are outstanding and deserve all the credit for it. I will never be returning to another shop.

I have to give credit where credit is due. I drive a lot of miles for work in town. I recently had my break pads and rotors replaced 6 months ago. Started having some issues with my brakes again. Made an appointment. The day of my appointment I received a call from a service member asking if I was still planning to come in because I overslept and missed my 8am slot. They graciously allowed me to come in and be seen right away. Upon assessing my vehicle, they informed me that my rotors had warped and recommended they be replaced. I was a few hundred miles outside of my warranty, but they honored the warranty and I am grateful because the service is not cheap. Additionally, they provided Lyft service to and from my home while I waited for repairs. This was an awesome experience and I recommend 10/10 for the customer service and compassion. Ireland was so helpful and really advocated for me as a customer. Thank you!

Very disappointed, my former shop was getting sloppy, not wiping oil from underneath which would leave oil puddles on my garage, would not cover seat , which left grud from the mechanic that was crawling on flow, so I thought I would try this place , I explained about my experience with other shop, âoh no we do a better job than that and clean under with soap if neededâ. Well as you can see by the picture, it didnât happen, no one cares about their work anymore. I was in maintenance for 40 years, I had a saying,â your work is a reflection of youâ, in this case a reflection of the business. Kinda sad too, because I was going to use them for major repairs. Instead I am looking somewhere else for oil changes.
