I would have rated all 5star if the King bed would have been in better shape. It wasn’t horrible but more on the tired side. I would encourage management to do a bed audit to get a 5star. Customer service was great, cleanliness was also great.

Great experience. Tiffany at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful! She helped us work through an issue with our initial reservation with kindness. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for our stay.
