“When my BRAND NEW vehicle got a rock chip, I was absolutely devastated and knew I needed to find someone I could trust with my vehicle to repair the damage. After researching and checking reviews, I went with Metro Glass, and I'm so glad I did!
The entire process from start to finish-- booking to repair to payment-- was incredibly easy and pain-free. And with the $19.99 charge for rock chip repair, the price is impossible to beat!
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was initially told I had TWO chips right next to each other that would have to be repaired and billed as two fixes, but they were so efficient they managed to get them both with just one! This efficiency and care is just one indicator of their great customer service-- they are there to take care of you, not to take advantage or take your money.
Because it was a chip repair, it's all structural so the chips are still visible, but it's much less defined than they were before I came in and I'm incredibly happy with it! I can barely see it unless I look for it-- even my camera wouldn't focus on it without my finger there for it to focus on to take a picture of the repair!

“I made a huge mistake and needed to have an interlock device put on my car. There were a bunch of service centers I could use and I picked these guys just because they were the closest.
Turns out I got so lucky. They were the closest and after reading reviews of other centers these guys were definitely the best. The were so nice when I got the device installed. Didn't make me feel judged at all they just very nicely installed the device quickly and got me on the road. I had to go back monthly for calibration and they dont require you make an appointment. Just show up and bring the device in. They were fairly busy every time I went in but they always got right on calibrating my device. I didnt need it but they are also open Saturdays if your schedule wont let you get in during the week. If you only have an hour for lunch during the week they could definitely get you in and back to work on time.
Also turns out they had the best prices for my install and monthly calibration.
The lady that runs the office was always great to chat with and always got me in and out quickly. The install of my device looked really professional and they put everything back together.
I recommend getting cash to pay with. They accept cards but you get a bit of a discount using cash. Most places just add in the credit card processing charge without the option of paying cash instead.
They seem to offer quite a bit of other services even though I only used them for the interlock device. If I ever need any of the other services they offer I will definitely use them. A big thing with these kind of services its hard to do a lot of price comparison so you its really nice when you use a place and you dont have ro wonder if they are screwing you on the prices. They had the best price and did really professional work.
I definitely recommend this place especially if you need to get an interlock device on your car.”

The staff was super friendly and informative. They told me 2-3 hours to replace it and recalibrate my vehicle, and they held true to their timeframe. I highly recommend them.”
