I really wish there could be negative stars because that's what I would rate them. This is not the first time I have had issues with this Casey's. I totally forgot that this is the one I hate going to and yet reordered again because I had had a stressful day in the heat and just didn't even think about it. Anyways the first time I had ordered from them they messed up my order I called them and they told me they couldn't help me and pretty much the guy on the phone said that I was lying about what happened to my pizza. I was in the hospital there was no way for me to come and get the pizza or anything. And they were super rude to me and hung up on me and so I had to call their manager personally on her personal phone and tell her what was going on. Then tonight we ordered some pizza we ordered a thin crust taco pizza and a thin crust supreme. We got a supreme pizza then crust and a supreme pepperoni. I was on the phone with one of the employees and was telling him what happened with my pizza. As I was doing that my daughter pulled a piece of parchment paper out of her mouth that was inside of the pizza he told me we don't have that here there's no way we don't make that in our pizza. I said I know you don't I don't know why it was inside of the supreme Pizza. About made me throw up in my mouth. He was really rude to me and pretty much called me a liar. I told him that all I wanted was the pizza replaced I wasn't asking for a refund or anything. They refuse to replace my pizza even though it was wrong and we were willing to bring it in. Said I had to wait for a manager. I don't see how you can't just replace the pizza it was made wrong. The first lady I talked to even admitted that this is the fifth pizza that had been messed up today. I'm sure all the other people got their pizzas replaced. Then I got hung up on because I said this happens to me every time I come to this Casey's. So instead of being a man about it he had someone else answer the phone that just got on the clock. I literally had just ordered pizza 30 minutes before. So some old man got on the phone and started to yell at me and tell me because he wasn't there they can't help me. Seriously I have the receipt you just dropped it off to us was just delivered to us literally 5 minutes before I called them. And he started to raise his voice at me and tell me he could not help me he was also rude as well. I cannot believe the way that they treat people it's customers come first isn't it? I used to work at Casey's and to tell me that they don't have parchment papers BS I know for a fact they use it all the time with all of their cookies and their pizza slices and everything else. And it was inside the pizza baked inside of the pizza that's very disturbing. I absolutely will never ever ever ever order from this Casey's again. To top it off why would you treat customers like that we had a house party going on ordered pizza for our guest and yet now we had to go without food because we can't even call anybody till Monday cuz tomorrow is a 4th of July. Honestly this is ridiculous we didn't have the money for it in the first place and here we are getting screwed over because they messed up. Never go to this Casey's or eat their food I highly doubt they are hygienically clean and they are very rude and don't care about their customers. I will tell you one thing though if it's the same manager they have she's not going to stand for this. I will be calling corporate this is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that the people that did this see this message. And I hope they all lose their jobs because this is beyond ridiculous. I'm pretty sure this is the same guy that that did this to me last time and he was supposed to be fired that time. Shake my head this is not fair to be treating people like that we are paying customers what is going on in the world these days.

Everytime I go there they are rude. They are also not open 24hr I tried going there this morning and they were closed. The worker just stared and started laughing. On top of that one of the employees consistently smells like weed

If I could leave a 0 star review. It would be for this gas station. Every single time I come into this place. The customer service is terrible. The most recent clerk wasn't as bad as previous experiences. But still sad. And that isnt the biggest of my issues. It seems that every time I come into this place there is either no gas or no card reader. And most recently both. Truly a terrible gas station, especially for it being a Casey's.

This is the 4th caseys today I've stopped at that has all the pumps closed down. For businesses relying on fuel for their vehicles, it's utterly embarrassing. We will no longer be using our business account with Casey's, unprofessional, unreliable. Garbage

Ordered online said 20 minute pick up time, called them 15 minutes later to make sure it would be ready on time and they said yes they are putting the pizza in now so I started driving over. Got there 10 minutes later and they were just starting to prep the pizza for the oven. When asked why they said it was going into the oven the guys just said “shift change gotta deal with it”… waited another 15 minutes and finally got my food only for the pizza to be doughy and was given the normal breadsticks not the pizza bread sticks… horrible service and food

Very rude customer service. I had to ask to speak to a manager 3 times. They thought it was cute and funny and wanted to play games on the phone. I was called out of my name by the little girl who got on the phone. Just ignorant and a disgrace to the owner of Casey's.

We ordered pizza and went there waited 30 minutes and they haven’t even started it and then we waited another hour to get our food GO TO QT THEY ARE WAY FASTER AND BETTER

I’m getting gas at pump #5 (super unleaded) and it is going EXTREMELY slow. They need to fix this pump so it flows faster (aka at the normal rate).

Wrong gas was dispensed from pump 10. E85 was pumped from the unleaded 88 nozzle causing $1,100 worth of damage. Do not use their pumps! Picture shows pump 10, no option for E85 but my check engine light lit up within minutes of leaving the station and my dealer confirmed it was E85.

It's a gas station. They have gas. They also constantly have broken pumps. Also, there's a big sign on the side of the building saying 99¢ medium frozen or soft drinks. You know what isn't working? The fountain or frozen drinks. And a bottle of pop is more than twice as much.

Almost all pumps were flagged as out of service. The ones that were working took for ever to accept cards and before I could get to the point of putting fuel in my car the working pumps would cancel transaction. Finally got one pump to work but even it wouldn’t give a receipt. I had to go inside to get a receipt.
Seriously if you are going to sell gas how about getting the pumps to work. Employees were wore out explaining the situation to customers. Why put your employees thru those situations?

Something that I have noticed is that many of the Casey’s have become more “hit & miss“ on their quality of service and management. This is location is a miss. Gas stations and convenience stores are meant to be just that, convenient. When there’s no paper for the receipt in the pump and you have to go get the receipt from the clerk inside, that’s inconvenient. When you purchase a car wash only to find that the car wash is closed and then you have to precariously back out of the lane because no one put the sign up, saying it was closed, that’s inconvenient.
