Item advertised on the front window was not honored. Zyn was advertised at $3.79. rude cashier pretty much called me a liar, and refused to honor the price. He is a younger guy with a dark brown ponytail...very sarcastic and rude. I would guess the false advertisement will still be up tomorrow

This is the slowest store in Omaha Metro. Expect long lines. The staff do what they can but there is only one register running at once. And the system is super sluggish. I don't enter rewards just to get out of there quicker. Im currently waiting in line right now!

Me and my mom decided to get hot chocolate because it's cold outside and where the chocolate powder comes from is clogged and the cashier unclogged with his pinky and me and my mom were disgusted by it and we threw it away because of what happend

We have our 'pizza lady' Anna, she is so awesome and makes stellar pizzas! Caseys needs to stop being stingy with their pepperoni though, if I want to go out by clogged arteries then please let me. The store is always clean, the staff are friendly too! Only thing I dislike is the Caseys brand stuff replacing everything else! But the Caseys brand gummy worms are fire.

Update 5/15/25 apparently they Lock up and turn out all the lights at 5 minutes before close these days
This is my favorite gas station, if that can be a thing. All of the front counter employees here are just the best. One of the managers even goes out of her way to remember the customers names and regular orders. She's the sweetest.
Also, try the Blueberry Fritters! I was so disappointed in Casey's when they stopped making French Crullers, but the blueberry fritter has me forgetting their best ever crullers even existed

14 gas pumps. About 5 work regularly. Always a guessing game as to which ones will actually work.
May 6 2025 edit: same problem. Months later. I hate that this is the gas station right near my house. So frustrating. Management doesn’t do anything to fix it. Just gives you empty apologies in person.

Ordered pizza from here this morning, scheduled at a specific time later in the day, for delivery. Went as perfectly as can be. They updated me at every stage, via text. The pizzas were hot, fresh, delicious, and the driver was very friendly. Very happy with Casey's.

There were 3 employees standing behind the counter refusing to even acknowledge any of the customers and one awesome woman trying to get through the 7-8 of us standing in line as best she can,
A middle aged man, in a ball cap, a young woman with braids and a young woman with straight blonde hair decided that talking about how the kitchen staff was too slow and how one of their friends was stupid was more important than helping the single person in the entire store who was actually working, if I had more time I’d be reporting this to corporate,
Sincerely a fuel driver on their day off

Sad that I’m standing in line and the girl that is working tonight 3/3/25 at 9:38 is on her phone talking to someone about drama and someone having to go to court. Sorry not my problem do your job and better. Not the first time this has happen either.
