AJ had shown my husband & I two homes that were for sale within the past 8 months. Neither of which we purchased. (A non-compete contract was not agreed upon or discussed .)I received a call from AJ this afternoon informing me that the market was heating up. I agreed with him and told him that we had been to an open house and attempted to make an offer.His demeanor changed almost immediately. He began speaking to me in a condescending manner asking me if I thought that he worked for free? He reminded me of the two homes he had shown us. He then started yelling and told me, "If you wanted to see a home, you should have called me not another realtor." I hung up and quickly blocked his number in my cellphone. How dare he tell me what to do and who to call. I suggest AJ be given refresher training on customer service, ethical business practices, and a map of the world. If he wants to dictate, he should find himself a comfortable place overseas.

Awful company.Your male employees love to harass young women and when management is told they don't care. At all. She took his side.The guy even seemed drunk.Such a lovely establishment...not.I'll be sure to spread the word. Very unprofessional business. I would never use your company to buy a house nor would I refer anyone to you! Infact I'll be telling people to stay far away from you.

I have been disappointed with the level of service that the landlord has provided for my friend. She has reached out to them numerous times with questions regarding her lease and he refuses to answer each time. But when he wants or needs something decides to reach out. This is poor management and I hope can be resolved for future tenants.
