I took my car to Chalek's for hail damage repair and my car looks brand new! This is my first time ever claiming a car for hail damage and I called Chalek's a lot asking a lot of questions, and they were always very helpful and professional and answered all my questions, better than my own car insurance company did. There was a lot of hail damage and I couldn't believe how good of a job they did. They even cleaned out the inside of my car too which was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for autobody work!

Went down to get an estimate on my truck yesterday afternoon. Took about 10 min to look at my truck and told me he would have an estimate later that day or in the morning .
Around 9 am this morning I called just to check in and get a time estimate since I hadn't heard from them. They told me they would have it to me later this afternoon.
I just called them at 3 and he said we're behind and we will get to it when we can.
Basically told me he didn't want the work.

First off thank you so much to the team at Chalek’s Auto Body! My truck looks brand new again! Absolute stress free process from start to finish. Chalek's handled everything with my Insurance company outside of my initial claim and kept me informed of the progress almost daily during the repair. Really good people, our car was stolen and badly damaged, and it has been a long road to being back on the road fully with the Kia. Not any fault of Chalek's, parts are hard to find. They did a great job getting us through a very tough road. We had way more than just body damage, so it was repaired in steps due to parts not being readily available. Chalek's honored their word and fixed a couple of things well after rest of repairs were complete and even waiting for us to get our other car out of the shop, for us to bring it in for last couple of things. Terrible, no communication. They have had my husbands car for over a month now and we have called several times and so has our insurance (left voicemails also). We have yet to hear anything back and now we’re paying our rental out of pocket since our 30 day rental is up. I don’t care if it takes long to fix the car but at least keep us updated, this is unacceptable.Service: Body & Trim
