Very nice place. The membership options are annoying but every company wants a piece these days. "Tips are appreciated" sign is at the end of the wash and not easy to give. All the people you speak to are at the beginning of the cycle - unless you give the tip before the service starts, which doesn't make sense, there's nowhere to put a tip!

This business’s customer service is subpar at best. I had an unfortunate experience with this company at the Capehart Rd location. After them knocking off my valve stem I was left with a flat tire after going through their wash.After stating my complaints to the management staff, which is led by children it seems, I was meet with zero empathy for my situation and told it would likely not be covered as they do not cover “after market wheels”.The wheels on the 2012 Altima that I took through we completely factor standard but that was not the biggest worry. I had no time change my tire as I had an imperative VA appointment for retirement that took 3 months to be seen for and had 30 mins to be there.After asking the inexperienced staff if there was any way I could get a ride to my home to get my other vehicle I was met with disregard and a dismissive attitude. Luckily I am in good enough shape that I ran home covering the 2 miles in roughly 16 minutes in a last ditch effort to make my existing medical appointment, in late August in 95 degree weather in the sweltering midday heat.Needless to say I have not been back and will no longer give them my hard earned money. After filing the damage claim I was also met with yet more disappointment by their claims department and told :“After reviewing your claim, we have concluded that we will not be liable for your valve stems, or any damage caused by the valve stems. Unfortunately, Club Car Wash is not liable for any aftermarket products or accessories that customers have on their vehicles, which includes extended aftermarket valve stems. We have posted signage at all our facilities that state this information. For your convenience I will attach a copy of our disclaimer that is visible before going through our wash.”For the record this sign is in the worst possible place. It is directly in front of where you turn into the actual car wash. No one is reading this sign during entry into the wash since they are watching the attendants hand and arm signals instead to guide them onto the tracks which pull your vehicle through the wash. Instead, if they really wanted to properly inform customers they would place this sign at the location where you pay for your wash which is prior to making the turn to enter into the car wash machine area. Screw this place and Club Car wash all together. Go down the street to Cornhusker Auto wash where the customer service is placed #1 and they don’t make excuses on damaging your vehicle.

Always have a clean vehicle when I leave. I use the vacuums every so often and they're always in top condition. There are plenty of towels here and always window cleaner. I went on Sunday, October 29th, 2023 at 6:30ish. Some jerks had stolen my Bankcard number and it shut my reoccurring payments off. I came in to get rolling again and they were unable to set my plan up the way it was before. It ended up being about $7 more per month. Cody kindly told me to call corporate and speak with them. He then graciously gave me a wash for the inconvenience. I didn't even ask. I did not expect that kindness because it has nothing to do with their business. Cody is an excellent member of your staff and I'll be coming back to see you guys every week. Please let Cody know how much I appreciate his kindness and I've told everyone about the wash plans and services. I'll certainly be letting them know about Cody's excellent service and professionalism. Thank you so much! Thank you Cody.Steve in Black 2dr BMW*** A little over a week later.***I called corporate and was dealt with like some idiot who doesn't understand how life works. I explained my account was compromised by bank card thieves at the beginning of October. I was issued a new card for security measures.The young woman I spoke with stated I should have called right away to let them know and update my card number. I told her I have several accounts that come out on auto withdrawal and the car wash doesn't top the list. As soon as I realized the money wasn't deducted by them, I reached out. Now because I supposedly let my account expire, I'm no longer eligible for the original price I had with military discount. It's now less than $5 a month different from the regular price??? Before I paid $20 for the Elite package and now they want $28. I've been doing business with them since their location first opened on West Broadway in Council Bluffs.The young woman on the phone even scolded me stating it has been 2 months and why hadn't I called during the first month. I immediately corrected her and said October 7th to November 7th is only 1 month. Her answer was, and I quote, "and....."! After her asinine response I was finished. I told her there are at least 4 to 5 new car wash facilities that have just opened and would appreciate my business as well as the 20 plus people who I've mistakenly referred to Club Car Wash.It's not really the amount of money as it is the principal of it all. I would go back in and make my review the lowest possible after today's interaction. However, I do not want the employees to be punished because of corporate nonsense and a completely arrogant, rude and unprofessional customer service representative.

Terrible! Chipped the paint on my truck while ripping off my windshield wiper blade and claim there not at fault because it's not on video. If I enter the wash with two blades and leave with one something is wrong. Plus my chipped paint on the roof of my truck were the wiper blade dragged!

Usually my experience is fine. This time the girl inside to spray was completely unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue with being guided with my car getting lined up. Even in a car I drove for the first time I didn’t have an issue. This employee kept waving left then right then left then right. Consistently. It reached a point where I didn’t know what she wanted me to do. Finally got lined up and in motion. Then I noticed in my rear view mirror she was clearly complaining about me to her coworker. Just waving her arms dramatically.It was a bad enough experience that I won’t go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Staff does an excellent job. I just bought my F250 Ford pick up that came out a Texas with flawless paint which I am also a professional car detailer and completely buffed out trucks waxed polished and then got a membership to the car wash to help maintain a clean truck but the car wash took off clearcoat on the bottom of my box in the front of the wheel well and the rear of the wheel well . And corporate club car wash said they will not fix the paint where the turbo nozzles that clean the tires and rims remove the clear coat from my box . And I just got off the phone with the corporate office. They said because the vehicle was older they would not do anything and I told them there wasn’t a scratch or dent on the vehicle and paint was in superior shape and they would not do anything to fix. I think this is very bad business and I know a lot of people in Omaha Lincoln metro area and I will be telling everybody what happened..

Been a member since they’ve opened the location off Capehart. When I signed up, I asked for the full package (MVP). After the first month I noticed that my tires weren’t getting shined so I asked why and they said that the tire shine wasn’t added. So I had them add it and waited another month. To my surprise, my tires were still not getting shined so I talked to them again and they said I didn’t have that option, so I had them add it again. Fast forward a few more months, my tires weren’t getting shined so I chalked it up to maybe being my older tires. So when I put new tires on and they still weren’t shined, I talked to the staff again and was told that I didn’t have the tire shine option added. Additionally, the manager was not polite and had no concern for my issue or attempt to remedy their continuous mistakes. If this is the way they treat their “members” when they come to address issues, I am really disappointed.

Club car wash very disappointing! 1 star for the car wash itself but very disappointing when you try to cancel a membership. If you cancel on or near your monthly bill time, I was told their system doesn't recognize your cancelation and resets and continues to take money from your account. I have confirming emails with two months of different dates that confirm my cancelation was successful. Sounds like a flawed, no better word, fraudulent system. No recourse for a refund, even though I have not used the wash since the second non approved withdrawal. Just an apology. Rocket or Tommy will be my go to but I can promise you I will NOT open a membership again!

This is a beautifully maintained facility. They’ve been open at this location for a little while now and everything is still clean and looks new. Their equipment is very well maintained and the staff are very nice and helpful! I highly recommend Club!!

I pay a monthly rate, it seems the only time I get a good pre wash is when someone in a black shirt is present, they pay attention to my whole car. Any other time it's a quick spray down, maybe a wheel or two and on my way.

I took my car there and it broke my car and then they told me they would pay for it and they never fixed my car I spent more than 1000 dollars to fix my car I do not recommend it

Recently, I came back from a trip to Texas, so I stopped by here after unloading. Pricing is actually pretty decent compared to the other car washes showing up around town. The ppl working there are pretty nice and helpful. So, I signed up both of my vehicles for the special promo they have.

A bit disappointing that your car wash doesn’t rinse the entire car. My truck always comes out looking like this. Please fix or I’m canceling my membership. I spoke to your manager about it a week ago.
