I recently needed four new tires and an alignment. Kenny F******, internal advisor was fantastic. He was honest, upfront and kept me in the loop of cost and when my car would be ready. Alex G******, his supervisor also was great as she made sure all my needs were being met.

Best dealership I have ever dealt with! Francis, the General Manager went out of his way to get me the exact new vehicle I wanted. Very good communication and service! I highly recommend this dealership to purchase your next new or preowned vehicle!

The atmosphere is the dealership was absolutely awesome. We walked in, they were ready to help immediately. Our salesman Bradley was absolutely awesome!!!He wasn't even feeling well and was on his way out. And stayed to make sure that we left with a vehicle. They were so willing to help us out on the budget that we presented them with. I would absolutely recommend this place! An will be back asap!!!

I purchased a 2023 Tacoma over the phone from these guys and had an exceptional experience! I worked with Richard and he was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with.I live in Texas, so all of our communication was done through phone and text. Anytime I called or texted, these guys responded immediately. I never had to wait for anything,We negotiated the price and started the paperwork in 10min. The documents I needed to hand sign, arrived on my doorstep the following morning.Everything was completely filled out and ready to go. All I had to do was sign it and transfer the money. It is by far the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. When I called about the price for the truck, There were no games, no market adjustments, no unreasonable dealer add ons, no back-and-forth with a sales managers for hours, I told them what I was wanting to pay, and they said deal!Richard sent all kinds of pictures of the vehicle, underneath it, under the hood, every angle that I requested And the vehicle came to me in perfect condition.I live in Houston and have never purchased a vehicle over the phone before, But these guys made me feel very comfortable and Everything went perfectly as planned. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a Toyota, give these guys a shot they’re very honest, they were very professional with me, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Richard for all of your help, and I could not be happier with my new Tacoma!

We bought a Toyota Avalon from Corwin almost a year ago now. It is the best car we've ever owned! The salespeople we worked with were fantastic. Corwin took very good care of the car we purchased to get it ready for sale. It is a 2013 and they had it in tip top condition when we purchased it. We had an issue come up where an additional option that we decided not to take remained on the invoice inadvertently. Corwin quickly fixed the issue and refunded us for the price of the addition. I appreciated the quick fix. That's customer service! I would definitely go here again for my next car.

I've bought two cars in the past 7 years. I worked with Cody Kietzman both times. Cody has put in a lot of effort to help me find the vehicle that best fit my needs. He was very friendly and made the whole experience easy each time. I'm always nervous to buy a car and having to settle but I felt very low pressure working with Cody. On my last trade in the price was very fair and I ended up with an amazing family vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at Corwin. They were courteous and helpful. Our salesman, Croix, was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions and walked us through all the new components of our vehicle. We felt no pressure, if we said no they answered okay. Corwin treated us with kindness and respect. I love my new Toyota!

About a month ago, I had the pleasure of working with Marques as I'm starting to shop around for a new truck. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He was thorough in making sure he could get me the best deal possible and I knew there wasn't any "shady car salesman" tactics in his game. I'm looking forward to going back and doing business with him when I'm ready to make my purchase. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, reach out and ask for Marques, he'll get you taken care of!

The salesman Fernando was very friendly and respectful. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me out with the loan process on my 1st car. If I could rate 10, I would. Very willing to compromise and help out with what he can. If you need a car I totally recommend coming to corwin. Treat you like family.

UPDATE: a week after purchasing a vehicle from here, the check engine light came on.Please do not give this place business. The whole experience with them has been shady. I really did not want to base our decision on the reviews but clearly they’re right. My boyfriend just bought a car from them. The same day he took it home, he realized the unlock buttons on both key fobs simply did not work. One key fob ended up not working at all. The other one the lock button worked after about 10 times pressing it. If he uses the key to manually open his car, the car beeps loudly about 10 times in a row. He called them and they said to buy new batteries for the key fobs, so my boyfriend spent his own money to do so, and the fobs still had the same issues. We also tried reprogramming the fobs and this didn’t work either. So my boyfriend called them again TWICE on two different days and both times they said they would call him back with an answer about what they were going to do. Neither of those days did they call him back. The second day when my boyfriend called they said they just forgot to call him back yesterday so they’d call him later that day and of course they didn’t. Pretty disrespectful. So my boyfriend called a third day, finally they called him back and said they’d give him a link to buy new key fobs but not buy them for him because it wasn’t in the agreement that they signed (well of course it wasn’t because they hid the issue). They proceeded to just send a generic Amazon link to some key fobs, in which people say you need to pay a locksmith to program to your car and the quality is questionable. Their response on the phone was something along the lines of “well it’s only $26”. Okay, well then why don’t you pay for it? That is the least you could do after all the hassle and being dishonest about the car’s issues.Nowhere did they disclose that the key fobs didn’t work properly and when my boyfriend looked at the car, it was always unlocked (no need for my boyfriend to press buttons on the key fob).. gee I wonder why. So now my boyfriend will end up paying for new fob batteries, new key fobs, and a locksmith to program them. Even though the cost and hassle sucks, it’s the principle that bothers me the most. Clearly they tried to hide the issue, their communication was abysmal, and they don’t care one bit. Oh and the breaks started squeaking yesterday too. This place is clearly shady and disrespectful to its customers. It’s super disappointing. Listen to the recent reviews and don’t give them your money.

Sold me a used Camry that has burned 2 quarts of oil in the first 500 miles. Crickets from the dealership. They called me back to sell me a new car. What a disgraceful business. People, spend your hard earned money somewhere else! Vote with your dollars!! Big surprise their recent reviews are all horrible….

Proceed with caution with this dealership. I have never had such a terrible experience at any dealership. This disaster started with a salesman named Gerry Sandhu who gave me an offer that was above the down & monthly payments that I wanted to pay. He went back to finance & said there was nothing he could do unless I call my cosigner. I questioned him about this? He responded "no you will have to call your cosigner because your credit is terrible". I should have walked out right then but unfortunately, I did not. We waited quite awhile for my cosigner to get to a place that he could give his information. Gerry goes back to finance & came back with an offer that fit my budget without my cosigner. I asked 2 times why was there nothing he could do 30 minutes ago without a cosigner but now they were able to get me approved by myself with terms that I could manage? He wouldn't give me a straight answer aside from they did not run my cosigner's information & it will help me out with credit in the long run. Again, should have walked away but didn’t. I agreed to purchase the vehicle. While signing the paperwork, there was 3 sheets that had my cosigner listed as the buyer. I questioned it on every paper & he told me that it was just his paperwork but finance's paperwork would have me listed as the buyer. Finally after questioning each entry, he reprinted the paperwork saying "if you are questioning it this much, I'm sure finance is going to question me, too". He told told me 3 times that my vehicle needed to run through the shop so it won't be ready until Monday. I then worked with Samuel in finance who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & went the extra mile over & over again for me. On Monday, I called Gerry around 330 to get an eta & he tells me it won't be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. I questioned why he told me Monday. He said he never said that. I reminded him of the times he said that & he apologized for me "hearing that but don't I want my car in good condition before it gets on the road". My boyfriend tells him, she did not just hear that. You told us to bring the title on Monday when we pick up the car. Gerry said well Monday was just a guess. Had he said I apologize, something came up, I would have been fine. He also said he had checked on my car a little bit earlier & they said Tuesday or Wednesday but he will check again & call us back. He calls & said the guy that is working on my car isn't even working today. I laughed & asked to speak to his manager. He said sure then hung up on me. I called back & spoke with the general manager, Francis. He apologized & was able to have a guy stop what he was doing to put the tires on my car so that it will be ready that day. I appreciated that. He told me to speak with Vinnie when I arrived. Gerry walked up to us asking for the title to my trade in. I said sure but we are supposed to work with Vinnie. He asked if he did something wrong & I said there were alot of things that he did wrong. He just walked away. Samuel from finance apologized, helped us, & gave me 3 carwash coupons for some papers that wouldn't print off. We walked out to the car & the in transits were not in the window. The windows had a streaky film on them. Samuel spent quite awhile cleaning them & putting the in transits in the window. Once I got in my car, the gas was under a 1/4 of a tank. I should have gone back in but I was so over it at this point. No compensation was even offered for all the mishaps that happened. I then got a call today asking about the vehicle I traded in saying they were going to diagnose it & call me with an estimate. I had to explain to them that the vehicle was their's from a trade in. She apologized & said that the tow truck only told her that the transmission was having issues because you know, the tow truck would know what their company should have already been aware of. Aside from Samuel, it all was an awful experience. I w
