This is the pharmacy I’ve been using the last few months since I’ve moved to Bellevue. Unfortunately I’m a frequent flyer but FORTUNATELY Bob is the best at what he does. He makes me feel like a human being, displaying concern and care. He promptly gets my prescriptions ready and always lends a helping hand with a smile.

ALL I KNOW IS THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH KEEPING THE STORE OPEN. WENT TODAY AND THEY CLOSED AT 8:00PM . THE LAST TIME I WENT TO THIS CVS IT WAS CLOSED AT 9PM. A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO CORRECT THIS PEOBLEM ASAP. I FAVOR WALGREENS OVER CVS ANY DAY!

I switched from Walgreens because every time I went there to pick up a script , there was a 30 min. Wait , although the wait time to pick up scrips is shorter , there out dated AI phone systems force you to wait on hold and answer repetitive questions only to have you wait on hold for the same senseless Question. I know there are making enough $ to stay on top of there operating systems , that leads me to believe . CVS and its staff feel there time is more valuable than the customer. Please forward to Corporate!

Shout out to Colleen/CVS Pharmacy at 1701 Galving Road for taking the time to fulfill my request of calling my new insurance so the confustion about my Rx refill would be cleared. Although she was super busy, she knew how important for me not to miss taking my hypertension meds. Thank you so much, Colleen, and thank you CVS Pharmacy for hiring people like Colleen!!Marlene

Beyond frustrating. Come home to a paper on my door from UPS notifying me that they have delivered my package to the CVS store on Galvin. MY package was signed for by an employee of CVS on Galvin. I go to the CVS on Galvin, and I'm notified that they have lost my package. Absolutely ridiculous

Do not get your covid test done here. Paperwork says 2 days results, more like 4 days. No one knows anything they refer you back to the paperwork.. customer service number on the paperwork puts you into a call loup so don't ever get customer service!

I just wanted to share my experience with this pharmacy..we are new to Bellevue and used a CVS in omaha before moving. We have 4 children, and pick up various meds regularly. I have been very pleased with this pharmacy, they have the meds ready or let me know if they don't have them. They have been willing to work with me when one of my sons doctors increased his dose but the insurance wouldn't cover the new prescription quite yet. It bring me comfort knowing they're open 24 hours as I have a son with epilepsy and his meds are very important and could possibly change at any time if things change with his seizures. They have been very informative and helpful about things he can and can't take with his meds. Overall we have had a great experience this far! Thank you CVS on Galvin Rd.!

Very unprofessional, entire store, especially pharmacy. Very unprofessional, rude ,when you visit, drive thru and on the phone, clerks and mainly pharmacist Wouldn't recommend anyone there, Walgreens is a better choice. 0 Stars

Went there today for my covid test appointment.waited 3 cars deep in the drive through for half an hour only 1 car moved.the second lane is still closed but I'm guessing that doesn't matter if you can only serve 1 customer every 30 mins.tried to call the pharmacy inside to let them know I was there so not to count me as a no show but no answer on the phone either.i went inside still holding my phone to my ear and talked to the guy and the extremely rude lady with curly brown hair.there were no other customers inside so I asked why they are not answering the phone.the rude lady barked at me "cuz we are busy"!that rudeness started the shouting match which resulted in me canceling my test and making a call to the manager who acted so uninterested in the problem I wasn't sure he was still on the phone.well someone gotta let me know was his only response.after seeing these other reviews its clear the problems at this place start at the top with management. Fire everybody..start over!!
