Since the Galvin store closed the twin Creek was overloaded at first but they have really bounced back. They called back in 1 hour and had a pleasant interaction with the phone staff after I had a complex rx issue . The staff has always been kind. In the past 2 fills there were some technicalities on the insurance end. I used the app to send a message and I got a call back within 15 minutes. Excellent service!

So. Last year was a real rough year. Docs in Omaha, couldn't do anything else for my heart. My doc had me on some medications to keep me comfortable. Most pharmacy didn't have enough on had. With they Help of Thomas and the Pharmacist. They worked on keeping it stocked up for Me. That was very kind. And I am happy to report. After a trip to the Mayo Clinic and the grace of God. I no longer need that medications. Feeling better than I have in 3 years. Thank you all for Caring!

I like going to cVS. The people are friendly and helpful and are available to us when we need them. They do a lot of work for the people they see and there are a lot of people. Our experience lets us leave with a smile on our faces and I know they care about us and do what they can to get the prescriptions through and get people on their way.

With the exception of one young female staff member, the level of male incompetence at this pharmacy on a daily basis has the lines backed up across the aisles.

This pharmacy is efficient and thorough. I had a handful of scrips ordered over several days and they were able to find them all quickly, They also were able to take my GoodRx coupons to save me money

They've gotten worse lately . They have run me out of my medications multiple times. I've been out for almost two weeks. They also partially fill my prescriptions. I'm not sure what's going on. I visited today 05/21/24 .

Overall the experience was acceptable. One thing stuck out however. I had to book an appointment online which required answering a few dozen questions related to health and reactions to immunizations. The CVS employee had some minor difficulty finding my appointment. Then I had to answer all the same questions again but on paper. This is very frustrating but I did it with a smile. A huge positive for me was the employee willing to show me the label from the syringe he was using to inject me so I could verify the correct formula. Wait time from beginning to end was approx 20 minutes.

The pharmacist working on 2/01/23 at 4:30pm needs to be trained better-at least when it comes to human interaction. I came with a simple question about an over the counter medication and she made me feel so stupid. She very clearly does not know how to hold a professional facial expression- the whole time she was just staring at me with what I can only describe as discussed-making faces as I tried to explain what I needed. I was in no way rude, explained what I was looking for to the best of my ability, and even joked that I felt silly for asking because I’m not 100% sure what I was looking for. She had nothing to help me, said what I was describing doesn’t exist (it does-I just called Walgreens and they set some aside for me) and didn’t try to even give a suggestion for a replacement. My partner had the same experience with her a few months ago too, we chalked it up to a bad day but now I’m thinking it’s the person…

Allison all but accused my doctor of lying to me about calling in a prescription. I will not be coming back to this location again. Only when I asked for her name did she apologize for the confusion. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the other pharmacist I have dealt with there has always been nothing but nice. Very unfortunate to have years of good experiences ruined by one person who thinks they know more than anyone else.
