With ad costs going up it really is important that you get your message in front of the right people. I was a little skeptical at first going with this company until I spoke with their team. When I found out that the owner has been in the database industry for over two decades, I knew I was dealing with a team professionals. They are incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. First Direct made it easy to get very targeted, detailed data about the exact target market I was going after. The First Direct team is AMAZING! I am new to the idea of data base marketing, which is the service I used. Many thanks to Joel and Audrey for another free online training session on how to use your website for selecting contact data from a precise geographic area using online mapping tools. New to me this session was the idea of defining territories by Zip+4 lists and identifying recent move-ins with the "New to build" option checkbox.
