GameStop is a game shop with a good selection of products and often great prices. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and management, who provide useful information and assist with special gifts. However, experiences vary; some staff members are very talkative and may forget parts of a transaction, which can cause frustration. On a less positive note, there are instances where employees are not very compassionate or informed, leading to misunderstandings about product uses or needs. For example, one customer was told they needed an adaptor when they did not, and staff's lack of identification when answering calls was noted. Overall, the store is a popular place for gaming needs, but customers suggest doing some research beforehand to avoid misinformation.
Maddy was awesome helping me find a new game. Made recommendations on both new and used, also provided her opinion when asked. She identified additional points to redeem redeem and save on Chronos and helped me preorder Saros on PS5. I really appreciated the enthusiasm and customer service.

Super impressed with my visits to this GameStop location. The salesman Marlon made my visit easy and was extremely helpful in the process. Give him a promotion/raise, you need more people like him and less like those in the Council Bluffs store.
