Old lady that works here, didn’t catch her name, just seemed super unhappy to be at work today. Rushed through my (terrible) haircut and acted huffy when I asked for a hard part that I had told her about before the haircut. Haircuts are normally good here but this experience was just terrible.

Good place for a quick cut. I did not have time to go to the place. We normally go to just happen to pull up the app and schedule him in while we were doing grocery shopping. The stylist in the photo was very nice also. Not really the place to go if you want a very detailed cut, but if you need to just get a few inches off was very fast to get in and staff was very friendly. She even took time out to show us some product.

I checked in online with an 80 minute wait. When I arrived a few minutes late, the computer had erased my name. I spoke to the employee and was told that the computer should hold your name on there for an hour. I showed them the text I got telling me to head to the store. Instead of putting me next in line, the employee told me that if someone else canceled they would try and work me in, but that I would have to wait an additional 80 minutes if that didn’t happen.I just walked out and will never go to this Great Clips again.

Horrible service, even as I'm telling the stylist I'm not satisfied, she's talking over me telling me she can't do it the way I want, a very short spiked haircut,was all I was looking for. Not going back.Service: Haircut

Told them I would like a skin fade. Proceeds to cut my hair and when finished told me they do not have the tools to cut my hair the way I asked.

Salon was completely empty at 2:30. I should have taken the cue.LaDawn, LaDonne, whatever her name is, needs to pack up her stuff and retire.I asked for an undercut (simply parting off the top and using clippers underneath) and walked out with a mess.She was very timid with the clippers, ran them in only one direction and never "dug in" the way she needs to to make it all even. She never cross checked her cut to find all of the long spots (at the neckline, around my ears, at my temples). I requested angled sideburns and she didn't even cut them. She did not clean up my neck.I asked her to not cut the top (she advised that she didn't want to anyway) but was still charged for a full cut.Thankfully, unbeknownst to "LaDawn" I've been a hairdresser for over 30 years. I watched all of her mistakes and was able to come home and correct it.Her demeanor, lack of attention to detail and overall sloppy skills are an embarrassment to the trade.

Got my hair cut here, not the highest of service but for a cheap and fast place it was great. I was in and out within 20 minutes, there was no needless talking, and the lady was nice.
