This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Bellevue. My first impressions were that the lobby was especially upscale and inviting. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. And the final point was that the breakfast bar was delish. The staff did an excellent job staying on top of all the spills, refills, etc. As a result, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you for the 5 star accommodations.

Love, love, love this place!! Can't say enough good things about this place! Rooms were great. Room darkening shades, quiet, comfy beds, smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Very friendly. Had a pumpkin contest that customers got to vote on. Also had fresh, free cookies!! This place is the best!!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel in Bellevue and I was very impressed by their cleanliness and customer service. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered me a complimentary breakfast and a late check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Bellevue

Staff was extremely kind. I loved how they were always so polite and had a smile on their face. The rooms were spacious and modern. The breakfast was good. The cleaning staff did a great job at keeping my room clean and were also super kind. Location was kinda hidden away but nice as it's away from a lot of traffic. Loved my experience here and will definitely be choosing this hotel again.Rooms: Modern and clean.

This place offers everything you need for your stay. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and acts quickly for anything you need. When we couldn’t find anywhere to stay, Lena at the front desk was awesome helping us tremendously to find a room for an extended stay when we moved here after serving overseas. The breakfast is free and great especially if you have kids. Beds are comfortable, there’s a laundry room and the pool/hot tub is always nice.

Amazing stay! Was tdy for a week and from initial check in to final check out, the team there was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful, facility as immaculate, rooms were perfect, and was greeted each time I walked through front doors. You can tell the quality and care the team puts in!

A little issue during check in but it was fixed very fast! The staff was great and friendly - easy to talk with!! A great stay over while in town and will fire sure book here again when in area! Close numerous shopping and dining places.Update!!:Accidently left personal items in room when checked out and didn't realize it for a couple days - called hotel and they still had my items and held on to them until I could come back and pick them up!! Was totally appreciated and the staff was very helpful when I arrived back two weeks later to retrieve my forgotten items!!

Came into the hotel at 1:30 am and met the front desk man, Scott. He was very friendly and accommodating. Around 2am I went to get ice and could not make entry into my room. I then had my wife try her key. It couldn't be accessed from the outside. After a few attempts of trying to fix it, Scott moved us rooms at 2am and gave us some priority club points and some ice cream sandwiches. Scott went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us at unusual hours with an unusual situation. Nice location nice rooms. Very good breakfast, biscuits and gravy were very tasty.

If you are concerned about breathing toxins or have respiratory problems do not stay at this facility. Dryer sheets and air fresheners are placed inside the HVAC units.I removed the ones in my room’s unit and continued having respiratory issues. I then realized they are used throughout the facility. I had to check out early due to the health crisis it caused yet was charged the full amount for my stay. The front desk clerk suggested I use my inhaler because she too has asthma and the scents don’t bother her! I did not need to be advised to use my inhaler! She then offered to give me extra points for my inconvenience, suggest my problem was due to NE weather, then told me I should have requested a scent free room. How was I to know scent free rooms were available or needed unless I was told upfront? She said they use dryer sheets and air fresheners in the units to keep things from smelling bad!I was forced to spend the night at the airport awaiting an earlier than scheduled flight home due to asthma.I was forced to cut short my trip to visit my family and attend my granddaughter’s wedding due to this ridiculous fiasco.Noteworthy details: They place dryer sheets and air fresheners inside the HVAC units.

We stayed for a youth baseball tournament and had the best time. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was fun. Lena was the best. She was professional and connected with her customers.

Stayed here 2 years ago while in town dealing with family. The room was nice and kinda clean. There was a pile of kids running amuck in the hallway, but to be fair, we were there during the little league baseball deal. The one thing that bothered me the most was a pile of dirt\clay that was in the middle of the hallway that materialized on the 2nd day we were there and stayed in the same place until the day before we left. Staff was friendly, but it seemed like the desk people were doing only the bare minimum to get by. Everyone else was really friendly and smiley but didn't speak much English. All in all, it was an OK stay, convenient to walmart and other food choices. Might stay here again just to give it a second chance.

The Holiday inn express and suites in Bellevue, Nebraska has terrible customer service. I reserved through Expedia and called to see if we could check-in early around 1 pm. The clerk Jamese said no rooms were available. We drove around town for a while and went to the Holiday Inn at 2:30 , a half hour before 3 pm check in. She said there were still no rooms. I explained we had been driving for 2 days and asked if a room would be ready at 3 pm. She said it should be. Very noncommittal. They were not busy. No customers arrived in the half hour we were there. At 2: 54, I Went to the desk to see how things looked for our room. She rudely reminded me that check in time is 3 pm. My 66 year old husband said we'd better have our room by 3:00. She then said i'm canceling your room. Leave the property. We said No we paid through Expedia and want our room. She called the police. They were very nice but said we had to leave. Holiday inn's slogan is Here to greet you! So untrue. We tried contacting the property manager but she hid in her office. Again terrible customer service! Jamese should not be in the HOSPITALITY industry. We ended up staying at Candlewood Suites and the customer service was excellent there.

Stayed here for two nights. The lobby was clean, staff polite. My room was pretty clean. There was a chaise near the window where I could not sit because there was a large, white in color stain, on this piece of furniture. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, rags, and toiletries provided. There was a refrigerator, wardrobe, big screenTV. Was really comfortable here. Dude in the room next door????? Coughing all day and night. Made me worry about COVID19. Nothing the hotel could do about this. I would stay here again for sure.
