I came to them with some issues I was having and they worked tirelessly to get me the coverage I needed. Jeff immediately took action seeing the urgency of my situation. My experience with Jeff Gotch State Farm has been wonderful so far.Jeff Gotch is so nice and so is Alli. In fact, everyone in the office is so courteous and polite. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I’ve been with them, I have been very pleased with the insurance service that they provide. I highly recommend Jeff, Gotch, State Farm.

Absolutely would not recommend these guys. I’m not sure Jeff actually works there. I have called several times with questions regarding my policy and have yet to actually talk to Jeff the ladies in the office. Tell me they will call me back every day then call to tell me they will get to me tomorrow And I finally drew the line at getting a text message saying I They would get to me on Monday.

I want to thank Rebecca very much for assisting my mother, Dorothy Fournie explaining a quote she had received from State Farm and explaining why her current policy with another company was so high. You thoroughly explained why she has to have such high premiums and why $1,000,000 umbrella is not unheard of due to the fact that she owns a house, with barns and farm land and why she would need that type of coverage should someone get hurt while being on her property.

I have been with Jeff for several years now and I have always been impressed with him and his office staff's honesty, integrity and thoughtfulness when dealing with questions and claims. He has always been very responsive either in person or over the phone when I need it. He knows his business and always makes sure I have the coverage me and my family need.
