Not a Kum & Go anymore. And boy does it show. Went in for a late lunch 3ish and had nothing to snag. No pizza or hotdogs and was all cleaned up for the day is that it seemed to me.

Previously as the Kum and go it was excellent, now not so much.
Ever since they switched to whatever garbage maverick is, it's been terrible. 4 years, seeing the same employees who know my name, and now I have to let them scan my id EVERY SINGLE TIME I buy smokes? It's annoying.
You have to pay for gas inside and get an authorization code now for the pumps, no more paying with your phone at the pump. If that wasn't enough, I just came to deposit money to my cash app card and that's no long something they do either.
Being the only gas station around, you should offer things the neighborhood needs and not be a hassle. Now I have to go to Walmart?
At this point I'll starting just going to the Kwik shop. Not only do they they carry my smokes at a better price, snacks are cheaper with a better selection, but gas is cheaper and you can pay at the pump with your phone still!
Inconvenience, brought to you by maverick. What a total joke that change over was.

Brandon is an absolute Rockstar. This is an individual who understands people and what it takes to provide a quality customer service experience. I frequently visit the store on Fairview road, because I live in the area, but until tonight I have never lost my wallet after stopping in. In my panic, I called up the store to see if anyone had turned in a wallet this evening. Upon hearing of my trouble, Brandon immediately began searching high and low for my lost item, doing everything he possibly could to try and locate it. It's been my usual experience in these types of situations that people fall short of actually being helpful. Not tonight. Brandon searched the store and then went outside and searched the grounds as well. What's up with that?!

*WARNING* Took my kids for icee drinks, that was OK...... BUT THEIR STRAWS are defective and CRACK INTO SHARDS OF PLASTIC. Upon asking for help, the manager said that was all he had, shrugged his shoulders and said it was a distributors problem. They need to train better in safety because it's their store issue. They need to be removed and demand the distributor fix this, not hoping my child or I (or yous reading this) isn't drinking shards of plastic or cutting their mouths and lips.

The girl that was working the day shift Sunday June 2 was the reason I'll never go to that store again! Long blond hair, face piercings and tattoos. Her appearance doesn't bother me at all. What DOES bother me is how I was treated that day. Her co worker, young man(boy) came bounding in from the outside(back) talking about his smoking out there and completely interrupted me when I was trying to ask this girl a question. She completely ignored me, a customer(only one in there at the time), to play around with this other employee. I said excuse me, I was trying to ask you a question and she immediately got pissy with me because I interrupted her gameplay with the other employee and said, "what"! At that point I didn't even get my answer so I completed my transaction, she threw my change on the counter and didn't say a word to me. No thank you, no have a good day just threw my change on the counter and walked away to go play with her co worker, who was also doing nothing! Definitely won't be going back to that store again. Many other choices in the area!! This girl should not be in customer service!!!
