Took my 2yo here and I'm mortified by the experience we had. 1st 3 weeks there they wouldn't give her water to drink throughout the day and depending on which person you talk to there it was because I brought a sippy cup instead of a straw cup or she couldn't have it because she didn't know the ASL for water. Gave them the medical paperwork they require to prove my 2yo has a wheat allergy and brought her meals and snacks every day but they still fed her food made from whole wheat. My daughter was ignored/neglected in their care so often that she learned to operate the hand sink she spent at least half a day in each week because they didn't keep her from climbing on a CERAMIC counter. They have staff who I watched on camera put my 2yo's lunch box with her afternoon snack still inside on the floor at lunch time underneath another 2yo's feet because this lady was too lazy to get up and set her food on a food cart that the meals for the non allergy kids had on it. They also let her outside without her jacket in 50° weather and her hands and arms were like ice when she got picked up, but when I complained they tried to tell me she took it off and it had only been for a few minutes (impossible because my daughter runs around in unzipped/unbuttoned jackets and sweaters all the time and has never tried to take them off, not once she loves having them on). And when you bring any of this to the director and assistant director's attention you get excuses and lies and then once they've neglected your kid to the point you feel the need to report them you get kicked out with zero notice (less than zero notice, I was informed at 4pm the evening before she was supposed to return). I will give la petite academy corporate this, the woman Allison who answers the 800 number was very helpful. She tried to get me in contact with regional and district supervisors but all of them were too lazy to bother to contact me or respond to me after Allison tried to make them talk to me. Find somewhere else for your kids, I spent my days worrying that I was going to get a phone call to meet my daughter at the hospital because she got so little care here. Shame on La Petite Academy for allowing such bad caregivers to take care of such small non verbal children. And for the record my daughter only went 2-3 days a week and we were kicked out in under 2 months.

This is seriously the best place! Don’t hesitate to take your kiddos here. We have been attending for 3.5 years , have been through every classroom with two kiddos, and are extremely happy. They are our second family! Carolyn is an amazing director and is excellent at communication. Not only that, but she and her team treat our girls with so much kindness and respect. I also love seeing how engaged the team is with the kids. It did not take us long at all to establish full trust with La Petite of Bellevue!

We just left this La Petite, as we moved to a new state, and I would RECOMMEND this daycare to every family! Rather than a daycare, it's truly a home away from home. From the moment we started both of our boys (2+ years apart), they were loved and cared for, deeply. Truly! And my husband and I have very high expectations.Ms. Angie in the infant room is incredible. Ms. Shaleigh in the Infant 2 room comforted my son daily, even months after he was transferred to the next room because it was time for him to move up. Ms. Julie made both of my sons feel at home, while helping them grow. Ms. Shelby remained a favorite of BOTH my sons, even when she was not the teacher in their classrooms. Ms. Elizabeth helped my son LEARN Spanish (incredible!!). Ms. Alexis made my son feel cared for everyday. Ms. Vicky made my son feel comfortable when drop offs got hard due to his age. Ms. Elle comforted my son daily, immediately after she started working there!! Ms. Lilly cared for my youngest son in the Infant room and then became a favorite of my older son's when she switched to the pre-school room. Ms. Mary, the cook, made my kids feel welcome and cared for everyday. Ms. Katie made my youngest feel safe! Even the teachers my kids have never had, like Ms. Kaitlyn, made my kids feel welcome, awesome and COMFORTABLE!This daycare is ran by Ms. Carolyn, who is the best daycare director I personally have ever worked with. She has created a place where staff thrive and are engaged and its reflected in the curriculum, how they work with each child and the great activities put on everyday to help children grow.I do not believe my kids would be where they are today in terms of their development if it was not for this daycare!

Choosing a daycare can be intimidating and you want to leave your children in the best care possible. The La Petite in Bellevue erases the worry and dread that parents sometimes feel when they drop their kids off in someone else's care. The entire staff care so much about the children and are deeply invested in their well-being. The teachers regularly provide updates through an app so you can keep up with what your kiddos are doing throughout the day. There is no better feeling than seeing my baby light up and reach for the amazing ladies that work in the Infant 1&2 rooms. My 5 yr old gets so excited to get to his Pre-K classroom in the morning and always talks about everything they are learning in class and how awesome his teachers are. This truly is a wonderful place, couldn't recommend more!!!

We’ve been attending LP Bellevue for almost a year and could not be happier. After two prior daycares this center is everything I wanted for my son. Carolyn, the director, is not only attentive and great with communication. She seems to be a fantastic leader. Very happy with our choice!

We can’t say enough good things about La Petite of Bellevue. Our daughter has been going here for 2+ years and our twins recently started in the infant room. The teachers go above and beyond to get to know each child and have become like family to them. All the teachers in the building quickly learn each child’s name so when you walk in, they are greeted by name. Our daughter has grown and learned so much since she’s been here, as well as improved with her confidence and ability to interact with others. The teachers have helped with many of the big milestones for all our kids, such as transitioning to solids, potty training, counting, writing, and learning important social/emotional skills. When the twins were born, they provided so much support, always asking us if we needed anything and letting us know they were there to lend a helping hand. The school also has the Brightwheel app, which allows us to get updates and pictures throughout the day, as well as, easily interact with the staff.Since the director, Ms. Carolyn took over ~2 years ago, the facility has improved significantly. It’s clean, well organized, and the children seem to always have some activity they are working on to keep them busy. She is easy to contact and is very receptive if we have questions or concerns. We are sadly moving out of state so we will have to find another daycare, but we can honestly say, we are so sad to be leaving the teachers and friends our children have connected with during our time here.

I am not impressed. Had a tour scheduled today august 25th 2022 at 3:00 pm. Caroline called and canceled the tour because they have “like no room”. She failed to offer a waitlist. Very unprofessional.

If you’re considering childcare, for any reason, don't overlook this location. Their care, coupled with professional transparency, is exactly what all families should experience when it comes to entrusting others with their children’s development.A suppose a review just doesn’t do justice summing up our satisfaction with the experience and care La Petite has offered. Miss Susan has been the greatest gift to us as our child’s teacher; epitomizing the true meaning of passion for growth and education for such a young development age. The love, encouragement, and motivation she envelopes into her colorful lessons and charisma is truly what any parent would hope for their child to experience. Every day is new fascinating moment to watch our child blossom under her care and she takes the time and energy to truly know each of her students. Susan has become a blessed routine for our family day in and day out, even as our little one has moved classrooms with age.La Petite staff just possess a different heart for the practice. Even their primary cook, Candace, is a true gift! She’s basically our little’s “bestie” (mandatory good mornings and even dressing up at home pretending to be Miss Candace with her chef hat) and the kids all gravitate to her laughter that even makes my mornings a little better during drop off (I mean, who doesn’t LOVE food and laughs).I’d get thoroughly winded talking about each of the amazing crew, from Stephanie to Hayley, to the director Elisha and Yolanda... we just feel at home with their team. We are truly appreciative of the LP family we have gained since coming to Bellevue.

I'll be updating my review as time goes on, but first impression from my tour is very good. The staff is very friendly I saw at least 3 lady's giving out hugs freely while I was there. The kiddos seem to have a blast. The building is old and could use a little renovation, but other than that it is very secure and I saw no obvious hazards to the children. There are many options from full time daycare to flex care (pay for 5 days to use whenever) and part time care. I'm planning on sending my son here in june part time and hes already so excited. I'll update my review as he begins going but I have high expectations that this will be an overall good experience.

Best daycare in Bellevue, NE!! My husband and I just moved here from Washington state and we have been taking our 16 month year old here for about 2 months now. We love it!! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They are great with all the kids. My son felt so welcomed when his first day came. All the staff treats your child as their own, and act as a family to them. They also have an app where your able to see details about your child. Example: when they change their diaper, when nap starts and ends, uploading pics daily, what they eat and how much they eat. This is why I love this place, its definitely worth the money! I couldn't be anymore satisfied with their care. Thank you La Petite Academy! :)

My son has been going to La Petite since he was 12 weeks old. He has now been into 3 classrooms and is now 2 years old. In every classroom, we have had a fantastic experience and he has learned so much at school. He is genuinely excited to go to school each day and he asks to go to school on weekends. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially on those days where drop off has been difficult. We love knowing that he feels happy, safe and loved, even when we can't be there with him.
