LifeCare is fantastic, everyone treats you like family. If you need a new provider, ask for Kerry. She truly cares.

Thieves. First of all, I’ve been going here for probably 4-5 years, the service is just normal. Nurses are fine, doctors are fine, nothing extraordinary. But, today I went in with my sunglasses (RayBan so about $200 sunglasses) and took them off when I was talking to the doctor. Then about 1.5 hours later, I called because I realized I made an honest mistake and left them. At this point we’d checked everywhere, which I was literally in the office, in the car and home, and I specifically remember never having them after leaving the office. So, I call and they say they don’t have them, so I decide to scour every place I’ve been, although I know I didn’t have them after the doctor, with no luck. I call back and say that someone that cleaned or was in the room after me HAD to have taken them. I didn’t accuse lightly, I looked through everything of mine first, so this was a legitimate accusation considering it’s the only viable option. They said that they checked and nobody turned them in and they don’t have cameras in the office (seriously?). And on top of that they said I didn’t have sunglasses when I came in the office, which is literally a lie. I wasn’t wearing them on my eyes, but I had them perched on my head. Not only do you have to worry about the medical care you’re getting, but also having to watch your things so they don’t get stolen. Finding a new doctor, definitely not recommended.

I started going here after my physician of twenty years joined the practice. She left (moved out of state). They didn't notify her patients. Reluctantly, I began seeing a PA who I started to develop a relationship with then she left to go to a different specialty. I didn't receive a notice. Saw another PA who I saw occasionally. Now she is gone (supposedly moved out of state?). Again, I received no courtesy notificatiion. If looking to build a solid relationship with your physician, this is NOT the place to go. IMPORTANT: I cannot say anything negative about the care or treatment I received. However, I want a partner with my physician who I relate to well and given their extraordinary turnover, I cannot build that kind of relationship. I truly regret coming to this clinic in the first place.

Dr. Finley is a terrible doctor. He is extremely impatient and does not listen to patients; in my experience. I have always seen a PA there; today, when my PA asked Dr. Finley one too many questions, he barged into my exam room and proceeded to not let me talk, spoke to me in a hostile manner, and told me 3 times he didn’t care - go find a different doctor - and I’m not filling any more of your prescriptions. This is the treatment I received from Dr. Finley - hostility and impatience - and the reason for my visit was anxiety and frequent, recent panic attacks. My PA was great, Dr. Finley is quite a nasty person who should retire.

Dr Finley was unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic and rude. He would not listen to the patient's questions or concerns. When questions were asked that he could not answer, he lost his temper and told us to go find another Doctor. Very bizarre behavior from a senior medical professional.

Dr. Finley has been my primary healthcare provider since about 2006. He was recommended to me by another impressive Doctor who was retiring. I am now retired from both the military and Federal government, and my wife and I are up in our years, so healthcare is a primary concern of ours. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Finley and Lifecare Family Medicine. I consider myself now to be in much better health for someone of my age, largely due to Dr. Finley's comprehensive medical knowledge, thorough examinations and effective treatments.Just one of several significant quality of life improvement differences I attribute to Dr. Finley's care was his correct treatment of a chronic condition I had for more than 30 years, that finally resolved it. For decades the condition was misdiagnosed and mistreated with innumerable prescribed medications that were ineffective. Thank you Lifecare Family Medicine!

Dr. Finnely is a terrible doctor that refuses to listen to his patients. After being forced to sit through excruciating pain for weeks, he eventually told me they couldn't help me even though I asked for the medication that ended up curing me. You are better off seeking treatment in a third world country, rather than letting that old man watch you suffer and tell you what you feel.

Great Dr. Finley he always listens to me since I was a long I think I'm almost a doctor LOL HE Always wins I recently was traveling and came home with a pretty severe case of food poisoning. It was Sunday (of course) but he called a med in felt better in a few days. I don't like to call on weekends Doctors have lives too. I probably should have went to Emergency Room but Mercy hospital said they couldn't tell me if they were busy and I didn't want to mess up the emergency room. Good ole CHI

We started coming here about a year ago. We loved that they accepted Medicare and that they can see you within a day or two when you call. I didn’t like how the staff and Dr Finley don’t wear masks unless you ask them to (as of fall of 2020). And my husband had a big diagnosis that they didn’t handle well.

This is for Life Care Family Medicine in Bellevue, NE. Dr. Finley is in charge of this clinic. They are not part of the Nebraska Medical Systme that ownthe Bellevue Medical Center. I have been going to them for about 15 to 20 years but I I have not had an appointment there since the Covid out break until about two weeks ago and I found out that they had put up a smalll sign up under the check in counter that said that masks were not required. I was not told of this when I made the appointment I was appalled because this was a medical clinic. Some of the staff were not wearing masks. I found out be asking that they would wear masks if you asked but could not tell me why they had this policy Then I remembered my husband went there and a week earlier to get a receipt and found the whole staff without masks. I finally saw Dr. Finley (with no mask) and asked to see him. He agreed to wear a mask when he was asked and came into a room with me when I asked to see him. I asked why he had this policy of masks not required. He said he had been a doctor for a long time and knew what he was doing. I thought "So!". He finally said he belonged to a group of doctors in Omaha that did not believe in masks. I was angry and told him what I thought of the policy. He said I could get another doctor if I wanted. So I did. But I am really worried about other patients. Most patients will not ask staff about the policy or ask them to put on masks, especially the other seniors. If anyone goes to the clinic or is on the staff who are asymptimatic with Covid 19, many people could get the virus and get sick and maybe even die. I am lucky I did not get Coronavirus. Someone else may not be so lucky. You may not be so lucky. That is why I am warning you. Bellevue Medical Center told me they cannot legally request Dr. Finley to stop, but they are not happy about his policy. Laurie Mason

I changed to this practice after a hospital stay and they were the Hospitalist that weekend I was admitted! I was so impressed with 3 of the partners I met at that time! Currently have been seeing NP Peggy and just live her, as well as all the staff! I never feel rushed, feel like my complaints are heard and addressed, the nurses are very friendly with check-in and I always feel satisfied that my problems have been addressed and met! I have never waited in waiting room more than 15 minutes and 15-20 minutes for Dr to come into room! Very pleased
