I cannot say enough good things about management one 1st choice. Absolutely top notch. Thanks to Management One, our problems as owners of rental property disappeared. Imagining how easy renting should be became a reality. Thank you Larry and company!

Management One 1st Choice has been managing our rental portfolio for over ten years. I have never considered changing property managers simply because of the professional and diligent service which Management One has provided for all the years. They are fair, honest and stay on top of things.
October 2019
I've rented from Management One for 5 years had nothing but a great experience. On the way to buying the house I rent thanks to Larry and the owner. Anytime I've a problem it's always been taken care of in a reasonable time.
