They have almost anything you'll need and the store is pretty clean. Friendly folks and they try very hard to be helpful. Super convenient.

I don't know how they do it, but the Bellevue Menards is so much more enjoyable than Omaha locations. Employees like Ethan in the Paint department make it clear they genuinely care about customers. I'll make up projects just for an excuse to go to this Menards.

Horrible customer service there's a guy at the gate for order pickups that doesn't say anything even when you greet him. I've had to pick up a few online orders for my company last time I went I didn't get the guys name but he's older gentleman with glasses and long white beard was very rude. First he wouldn't take my paperwork wanted me to do his job and then when I corrected him on the company I work for he said "whatever" and pointed at the cart. I personally use menards a lot that's how my company found out about online ordering but I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. And I'll talk to my company about doing the same.

Doing a home project with my HVAC, and needed some copper pipe and fittings, have made a few trips to the store as I don't want to have to much extra, did a couple returns grate service, was back and needed some 1/4 in 90 elbows, nope don't carry them, no big deal, but I was concerned that one of the Associates suggested that I use a compression fitting to do the job, I politely told them that you don't use compression fittings at all on HVAC as they leave to much chance to leaking, you either braze or solder the connections. The Associate was adamant that every one uses compression fittings, and was not going to change there mind. If anything please train folks on the correct parts to use in certain systems especially HVAC. I have worked HVAC for more than 30 yrs and never have I seen a compression fitting used as a connector or joint connection in any HVAC syatems.

Store lacking customer service if more people was friendly and greeted and asked if you needed assistance would be much better otherwise go to Menards that's where you say big money Brandon and the plumbing department was amazing

I ordered a large amount of dirt vis the app. I went to the desk and was serviced by an employee named April. April was the rudest employee I've ever encountered at Menard's. Her constant eye rolling and muttering under her breath was frustrating enough without the heavy exaggerating sighing that she performed. I shop here all the time. If I encounter April AND her attitude again, I'll go straight to corporate. I spend way too much of my hard-earned money to have to put up with attitudes like that!
