My experience with Offutt Collision Repair was excellent and stress free. I went in for a quote for damage done to my vehicle, I filled out a simple form and they went out and took picture right away. They handled everything with insurance and explained everything I needed to do on my end and they kept me posted. I love that they sent updates via text. My vehicle was super clean and fresh when they finished the repairs. It was a lovely touch! The staff at the front desk were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I knew right away that my vehicle was in trusted hands. I have had no issues since the repairs. This was my first time using offutt collision but if I ever need to again this will be the only place I bring my vehicle!

They have a rule against taking in cars that have been totaled, even technical, just the repairs are more than value of the car. P.S.-In response: unless I called and you tell me that the policy has been receded, I don't see why I need further assistance.

They strung out the repair 4 extra days 1 day at a time, causing us to miss our vacation and waste 2 days each of vacation time. Was supposed to be done Monday. I called Tuesday and they had order the wrong part but it should be in Wednesday. Paint and ready Thursday morning, as we were supposed to leave that day they said they would prioritize it. Thursday, not started yet. Friday morning finally done but waiting for calibration to be done by another company. Friday at 4:15 it's finally done. No discount and no freaking apology. Wasted so much time and money.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with Offutt Collision. My driver-side mirror needed to be replaced, so we brought the car in for an estimate. We were told they would order the parts and paint the mirror beforehand to make the actual repair quicker, which I appreciated.
On the day of the repair, I paid and went to leave, but from across the lot, I could immediately tell something was wrong—the mirror had been painted the wrong color. It was blue instead of black, which did not match the other side. I went back inside to explain the issue. They apologized, removed the part to be repainted, and told me I’d have to return later to have it reinstalled.
As I left for the second time, I got into my car and noticed the inside of my door hadn’t been fully put back together, and a piece was missing. I had to go back inside again, report the issue, and wait for them to fix it.
Today, I returned to get the correctly painted mirror installed. I expressed my frustration, as this level of inattention to detail is unacceptable. Once again, they apologized and assured me they are working to prevent quality issues like this from happening in the future. They also agreed that this could have easily been avoided, had they just checked the other side during the estimate to confirm the paint color needed.
At the end of the day, my car was repaired as needed, but I hope Offutt Collision takes this as a learning experience and improves their quality control. A service not done correctly the first time is not a service done well.

Offutt Collision was amazing, from start to finish. Their team of professionals did an amazing job on our vehicle, explained the entirety of the process, and ensured all of the information/process with our insurance company was taken care of. Highly Recommended!!
