The manager was absolutely amazing when I came in to sign up. Shared her knowledge of the beds to help me decide which package to do. Also explained the cancellation policy if I needed it which is great for anyone that is Military or might have to move.

This location is the WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER WENT too I have had nothing but problems the employees that work the nights are rude and disrespectful & don’t wanna do their jobs! I pay so much for the diamond membership and can never go tanning because god forbid you come then or thirty mins before close it’s an inconvenience to them! Then when you try and politely talk with them they freak out and accuse you of being rude and yelling and uncomfortable respect goes a long way! & some of these girls that are stuck on high school mode need to understand how to talk and be respectful tonight’s situation was completely uncalled forService: Tanning

I recently switched to Palm Beach from another tanning salon franchise, although I do enjoy tanning here the check-in process seems to always take quite awhile, (just not as quick as I’m used to) and maybe because I used to work at a tanning salon but I’ve noticed some of the beds, particularly the open sun, has SUPER dusty acrylics/bulbs, which takes away from the experience of such a nice bed. I also happen to know how easy it is to pop open that bed and wipe down everything, as we had to do that almost weekly so it seems at least this location is slacking in that department. There was also trash and makeup wipes behind the bed when you pull the top down. Besides that everyone here seems to be very friendly and accommodating.Service: Tanning

Pulled up at 715pm on Wed prior to thanksgiving(Not a Holiday) and not only are holiday hours or some sort of sign not posted, but the location was locked an closed. Did I miss something?

I went in in June to cancel my account, I just don't use it as much as I hoped.I bought some products to use up the last of my rewards and signed a few things.However, I am still getting charged the full amount monthly and I can't seem to get any answers about my account actually being cancelled or refunds.Services: Tanning

The tanning beds are great! Told the lady 3 times I wanted to cancel, But she kept on about the price being so great. Ended up having a family emergency today asked for them to cancel my tanning and They said after the 25th they can not. So I paid for tanning next month and will not be able to use it. ALSO said no to refund. My advice if you wanna cancel do so before the 25th. They need to make sure they put a sign up! Make sure the lady understands you want to cancel. When I spoke to one of the ladies today about it she was rude and after I asked her if she was being that way she said ohh no like I dont have ears. Been dealing with customers for years and this is not how I would treat anyone.Service: Tanning

Stopped in to use some coupons from a discount book I purchased. Because I had previously used a coupon they denied me to use the remainder of the ones I purchased. Very disappointed that they treated me that way. I won't be doing business here again. I still have 6 coupons for tanning that expire in 5 months.Service: Tanning

I stopped in the Bellevue location this evening around 7:45pm Friday. I've been a client of this company for over 18 years. I have never been treated so terrible. There was a biker woman missing most of her teeth behind the counter arguing with a different woman who was making a point that she had waited too long. The lady behind the counter was beyond rude. Finally, I just walked out. That was way too much drama for a Friday night.

Friendly staff & clean beds. If you're a masker, know they don't have a mask mandate but never make you feel silly for wearing one :-)
