  First time customers but very pleased. The aquarium service, support, & sales has been impeccable!! Kayla, from Bellevue location, was incredibly kind, patient, and filled with knowledge nuggets to help our son get his 55 gallon live tank filled with some beautiful and fun fish. He loves his "Big Bob" goldfish most. 🩵 THANK YOU

  Was at the Bellevue, Nebraska store about 10:30 am Saturday March 15 for more cat food. Went to use the restroom. They were absolutely filthy! First thing in the morning and their restrooms weren't clean. Toilets were dirty, sinks were dirty, trash cans overflowing with trash, and on the floor. Same thing the week before when we where there for cat food, and dirty restrooms, Toilets clogged, and stinky human waste in the trashcan! Clean your restrooms!

  Took my dog Duke (130lb German Shepherd) in for a scheduled appointment with I believe Serena, and it went absolutely perfect. I went to another grooming place prior, Bellevue Pampered Pet Spa, and they were absolutely terrible and ended up kicking me out because I asked them to trim my dog's hair (you can see my review). SO we chose Petco and they did everything we needed and it was absolutely perfect five stars would recommend.

  Never have in stock the dog food I need and always get the same response from store employees, that it is a popular brand. Better off going elsewhere or ordering online.

  The store has most pet supplies you may need including specialty dog and cat food. This particular store can feel cluttered or unkempt at times. Pallets of supplies are left in the walk ways.

  Terrible care for the birds they have on display: especially the bigger ones. Management is a shame.

  Other than their outrageous prices it is very nice. They have almost any pet accessory possible. Very well maintained cages. Healthy looking animals. If you get their membership you can get really good discounts.

  Avoid this one, made appointments to get the dogs groomed while there. I went back in the website to make sure I was right, it doesn’t say anything in the check in notice. So you have to provide proof of shots. I get that, we brought that but when we got there they refused one of our dog because he’s had seizures in the past. We explained he’s medicated. He’s not had a seizure since he started medication. He’s been doing great, but that didn’t matter. Unless you can get a vet to OK it we’re not gonna take him. Our vet was closed over the weekend, couldn’t get that. Do you know your child can go to a healthcare worker and get hormone blockers and they’re not required to tell their primary care physician or the parent for that matter but if your dog is seizure free your vet better send the paperwork so he can get brushed and shampooed. We decided to walk around the store a little bit. We were interested in some fish so we took our two dogs instead of getting them groomed and started walking around the store when we got down to the fish tanks, the dogs started pulling really hard, and I looked to see what they were going after and there was dead fish laying all over the floor. That’s when we started looking and saw just how dirty this store was everywhere. We left immediately.
