5 stars thanks to the amazing and kind gentleman Rudy M.!! Wow, I cannot lie, the original person who answered the phone/dispatch person said in their own words, “oh, I have someone pulling in right now, give me the tire size, oh, I see you’re even less than a mile away, they’re getting into the drive right now and we can get that tire size in and they’ll be to you in no time”. well as 45 minutes approached I called again and this time I happened to catch Rudy on the phone. Not only did he apologize for the mistaken time quote from earlier, but he assured me that he truly is there, is putting the tire in and all the machinery is already in, and will be to me soon. Hung up the phone and he arrived in 10 minutes flat. Was very kind and completed the job and somewhere between 12 and 15 minutes tops. Thank you again to the company for helping, but especially for Rudy being truthful and very timely and polite. He definitely deserved the tip I gave him. He’s a wonderful employee and is honest. And that is what truly counts. Much appreciation to Rudy and to the company that he works for. Next time, just throwing it out there, if whoever did say originally, I wouldn’t be waiting anywhere near as long, please try and work on a better accurate quote time, I wouldn’t have been a little upset if I was quoted 40 to 60 minutes, it’s just that I was told that literally they were arriving, and that being less than a mile away, I couldn’t have imagined it being more than 15 to 20 minutes. But anyways, things happen. Rudy save the day, amazing employee. Thanks again, you guys, if you find yourself with a flat in Council Bluffs, downtown, or Midtown Omaha, definitely give them a call! Also, very price friendly.

They were dispatched as part of my Roadside service. A vehicle in the inside lane next to me on the interstate hit a pice of someone's exhaust pipe sending it in the air and right under my front drivers tire. Immediate blow out. Problem was, my spare was already in use because of a faulty tire on the passengers side. I called roadside with my bank. I explained my spare was already mounted. These guys responded and called me to find out my tire size. He arrives 40 minutes later and goes right to work. In the dark, in the rain, he removed both my tires, replaced with new tires that he mounted onto my rims on site and got me back on my way. There was no charge to me because my Roadside covered it all, but he even gave me a very fair price to replace the other two to match if I contacted him another time.

Excellent service. Got a nail in our tire at 5:30pm on a Saturday night.We were 30 miles away & called these guys. They were super nice! Drove to their location & they patched the tired. Super impressed with price & service.HIGHLY recommend! Thank you, Mobile Tire Rescue LLC!

I would 1000% recommend this service! Our tire went flat in the middle of Iowa in the evening and we needed help ASAP. We were recommended this service and after a quick phone call help was on the way !! They were incredibly efficient and did a FANTASTIC job helping us out. Wonderful service and work, I would most certainly recommend to anyone in need of a roadside assistance

I used this company when I had a flat tire they where the best price the tire they put on my truck. It's supposed to be a temporary one it been over a month I do a lot of driving cant really afford a new one still going good no problem.i thought that it was to good. To be true.they where above and beyond and there price is beyond reasonable what they offer is invaluable because it would have been hard for me to afford the tire I could not afford to buy a different tire I have never even change one and so because I found them it saved me time and money they kept me driving like I said it's been over month thank you guys would highly recommend

Came to my home on a Sunday to mount and balance my rest tires on my 87 Monte Carlo. Super fast and friendly. Most definitely will do business again in the future.
