“My only complaint is the parking lot bc it's not the easiest or most convenient to get in and out of. It's in one way and out the other, and when you're pulling out onto Saddlecreek, it can be difficult to see the oncoming cars bc they fly around the corner.”

“Had trouble with a EXPENSIVE package that had been lost or returned by mistake. Samantha at the front desk, instantly started checking into it and obviously noticed something a miss. She took the bull by the horns, and forwarded the information and concerns to the supervisor Tim! Another courteous and outstanding person to speak with. Later that day Tim called me. During his investigation, he found the package was routed incorrectly. He tracked it down, and it was correctly delivered a few days later. Sincerely greatfull for the initiative and grit of Samantha, Tim and everyone involved in correcting the situation. It was a VERY stressful time. Oh yeah although a week late, The package was delivered and in good condition. THANKS A MILLION for everyone's efforts.”
“I went and from 1 - 1:30 pm they were closed for break. I don't know if that's usually the case or not. But the staff here typically are nicer than other locations (less busy too)”
“Our Mail carriers are and have been terrific people. They are personable, hard working, and friendly. USPS has been facing undue funding cuts and criticism at a time when all other delivery services have no obligation to deliver to rural and isolated areas. They do their best with what they've got. Other countries have eliminated Mail service entirely. Is that the ultimate goal of politicians? Hopefully not. Limit delivery to weekdays only to save money.”

“Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Tim, Terri, Frank and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. I'm thankful for the service provided, but more importantly. I appreciate the individuals providing the service!”

I laughed and learned about the passport process at the same time. I expressed to them they are the most pleasant post office employees I've interacted with. “Ordered an item from Amazon. Tracking number indicates that this Bellevue, NE USPS office has had it since Dec 24 at 5:26am. Today is Jan 1, 2026. Even with the weekend and holiday this is unacceptable. I live 1 mile from the flipping post office.
EDIT: 1-2-2026. Change from 1 star to 4 stars. Went to the post office. Found out they have their own internal tracking that is not made available to the public. What we see only indicates a pre-shipping label was created, not that the actual item was received at the post office. Hence, my item is lost in transit somewhere, if it was even shipped at all. I'm docking 1 star because it would be nice if this info had been made to me and my tracking number updated instead of leaving me hanging since my last tracking update on Dec 24. Maybe it is for security reasons to stop thefts. Don't know.”
