Needed new boots. My old ones were wearing out but I really liked them. I wanted to get the same boots but the black king toe was discontinued. This wasn't ideal but based on my experience with the boots I have I got the same thing in dark brown. Otherwise, the experience was super easy and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Courtney and Greg were absolutely amazing!! My husband needed work boots so I tagged along for the shopping adventure, and I’m so glad I did! They have neat technology that gives you a 3D scan of your feet, which shows you your foot shape & how you apply pressure to your feet when you walk. From there, they have insoles for all different types of feet, to ensure your shoes give you the support your feet need. My husband got great boots that should last him years, and I got new walking/hiking shoes that fit/support my feet better than any shoe I’ve ever had. We are both so happy with our purchase and with the help we got from the workers— they were very knowledgeable and helpful! Overall, I highly recommend!

The lady that helped me tonight was one of the greatest customer-centered individuals I think I've ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't going to let me walk out the door dissatisfied. I will happily keep my business with you folks if all of your sales reps are as good as she was!

Very helpful staff. The gal helping me spent quite a bit of time with me due to my indecisiveness. I never once felt like she was getting tired of helping me. It was a pleasant shoe shopping experience. Very recommended.

Gabby greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I told her was I was looking for and helped me pick out the right ecolite boot. She was very knowledgeable and was very personable. Will definitely go back to this store to buy new boots when the time comes.
