The repair tech was quick and efficient. Sears as a company made the process of getting scheduled hugely difficult. Took 6 weeks and one cancellation halfway through the day to get it done. 8 hour arrival window is terrible as I lose a whole day of leave each time.

Good service.
$655 to repair an icemaker...yikes! Part and labor both very expensive.
Also, Sears needs to slow down the communication about the service date. 1 or 2 texts plus emails per day for 4 days is way too much. Initial confirmation and then a confirmation the day before should be sufficient!

Kossivi did a great job assessing and fixing the problem. He endured our dog admirably.
