Wait was to be expected for a Saturday. The price was not expected. Much higher than I initially thought it would be ($27). Stylist was nice. The cut, however, after looking at it when I arrived it home was much shorter than I expected. All I wanted was a trim. I was interested in a simple style too, but not for an additional $15. Next time I will just go to a beauty school...

I hve visited three times. My first two cuts were wonderful and wore beautifully for me. My last cut, is another story. I have no shape at the top and uneven ends.
Update, 8/7/2025. I've tried to stay in contact with the email below. I was told to see a certain stylist at another location. I asked if I would have to pay for the new cut and got no response. I've tried twice after this to get a reply. Oh well. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to contact Corporate and fill them in on this franchisee.

Had the best haircut experience! Wonderful light conversation and great recommendations for ways to help with curl formation. Will 100% come back for my next haircut! Five stars for the girly running the whole salon by herself and still being an amazing human being with all the stress! You are AMAZING!!!!

Preston does an awesome job. She asks questions about your style and always explains what she is doing during the cut and the reason why. Easy to talk to, and has a great personality.

She was awesome! Listened to what I wanted to accomplish, and offered solutions( I have challenging cowlicks) She fixed my self hack job and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Never knew haircuts could be so easy and stress free - and it looks great.

My stylist was awesome. She took time and looked at the picture that I wanted my hair to look like. Knowing its not going to be exact but was very very close to exact. Love the way she cut my hair no straight cuts all had angels. She took her time and did an awesome job. I will be back in a month.
