My husband and I were able to get an appointment right away after a long day of travel. We very much appreciated it! Lars was helping this salon out today. He is an expert and knew exactly what kind of cut we wanted. We will definitely look him up at his salon in Gretna! Thank you for a great experience!!

My first time here, I have to say I went in with little expectations because I had the worst luck with some high end salons. When I first walked in I had about a 15 minute wait, only one stylist.I got the best vibes, than the general manager came in, and I was taken to get started.I came in for a haircut, by the time Kailee was done,I wanted a color however couldn't swing it the District manager was in and said give her 20% off, so I went for it, now I'd normally go with my normal color, but Kailee told me to let her handle it .I am not a risk taker, but the haircut was so awesome, so I did. I left with my blood pumping and feeling like a million bucks . Definitely a client forever, if Kailee is there! I've paid way more other places and they've never got my hair cut right, Kailee got the color and cut, spot on Thank you for the best day I've had in awhile. ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ +

I went there for my first time. I'm a male with fairly short hair. Just needed a simple hair cut.Asked to have the sides cut after the person working there asked if I wanted them trimmed. Hello, I'm here for a hair cut! I didn't say that, but that's what I was thinking.She put her index and middle finger between the hair on the sides of my head and with siccors, cut once and then asked "how's that ".It was obvious she had no idea what she was doing so I said yes, paid with a $5 tip and left totally disappointed.I'm 60, prior military, and worst hair cut I've had in my life!Terrible.

I made 2 appointments, received email confirmation, showed up before the appt time, and the salon was closed. No notice. No info. Just closed.

Hairdressers are always great here. But, I went there Saturday to use a giftcard. Sign said be back at 12 pm. Light was on in the back room so I thought maybe someone was on break. Got there at 11:35am. Thought I would wait. Waited until 12:13pm and they never did open. So wasted my time.

Faye did a great job cutting my hair and I highly recommend her! She does such an amazing job and handles everything all by herself. They definitely need to address the fact there’s only one employee working at a time because it’s just not right. It’s sad this place became so understaffed in just one year. The owner has to know how to fix this issue and it’s sad they’re not.

This location is hot garbage, had nothing but trouble since they closed the location at twin Creek. There is never more than 1 person working. this morning a sign on the door says will be back at 10am. It is currently 11:20 and no one is here, there is a little old lady that rolled up who had an appointment for 11:30, she said screw this and left as well. Will never use this location or Supercuts again. You just lost an 8 year loyal customer.

I have been going to this salon for about 5 years now. I just was made aware that they are now down to ONE stylist. I have had 2 regular stylists that have cut my hair, both very good. They have moved on, sadly. Presley cut my hair today and did a great job! But, she was the only one there. I'm not sure what the owners are thinking, but they really need to address the situation at hand. Seems to me they are losing business and don't really care. She should not be solely responsible for handling all day to day business. And, she should not be alone all day. It isn't safe.

I usually don’t leave reviews, and I always try to be understanding of the employees I interact with, but this has to be one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a two on the sides faded up, and a tiny bit off the top. The stylist, Presley, described what she was doing as “blending,” and ended up cutting off a lot of the hair from the top of my head. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. I even asked her while she was cutting it if she was supposed to take that much off, and she said yes. It looks ridiculous. She was a nice person, but I just don’t understand how somebody can be so bad at their job. I’m sorry to have to be so negative, but it’s only fair that the management and incoming customers are aware of this. It’s upsetting.Service: Haircut
