They inadvertently started my service when they told me my phones were locked. I went back to Cricket, and they made me wait almost 30 days. When I went back to t-mobile, they said my service was suspended for non-payment. Even though the online service said the store could have called and gotten the service terminated and removed the bill, they refused to do it. You can't imagine the rigamarole I had to do to end the service and not pay for service that I didn't use. ?

Best experience ever!! Jacob was absolutely amazing! We switched our 7 phones and apple watch and ipads over from Verizon. He was so patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. He was able to save us so much money. Because of how well he worked with us, we decided to go with T mobile internet as well.I have been wanting to change places and I know I made the right decision. Never looking back and I’m referring everyone I know here.

T Mobile is the bomb. I LOVE T Mobile. Verizon charged me over a thousand dollars when i was over seas 3 months. T Mobile charged me 50 dollars when i was gone a month.

Upgraded my phone. The sales rep was informative, knowledgeable and very patient as I consider myself somewhat illiterate when is comes to current technology. She answered all my questions and transferred all my info/apps to my new phone. Would recommend.

I’m pretty frustrated because we switched from our sprint plan to T-Mobile. We were told that they were going to offer us discounts, but that they would not be on the initial bill that we paid, but they would be reflected after that bill moving forward. Well, we went to pay our bill and come to find out none of the discounts we promised were included and they had no idea what we were talking about. I can’t remember the name of the gal who helped us, but she had face tattoos. She promised multiple times we wouldn’t have issues and now everything she said she would do, didn’t happen. We tried to call T-Mobile to escalate and they just keep saying they’ll get back to us. I’m at a loss on how to fix it.

Rep lied, telling me my iPhone 7 would no longer be supported, also lied saying a dead SIM card was a "Software Error" and replacing it wouldn't work (it did). I proved what he said was a lie, and he tried to aggresively push for use to upgrade the phone (The phone was fine) and did everything he could not to give us replace for the defective SIM Card (SIM card just stopped working) even telling me the phone wouldn't get service if replaced. Got more hostile/stand-offish when I popped my MicroSIM from my iPhone 6s Plus into 7, and the 7 worked just fine. I had to ask several times for a replacement SIM card before they even agreed to give me a new one.One of the worst experiences I've had at a cellphone store, and I've tangled with Verizon before. He tried to tell me I didn't know anything (I work as an engineer and Admin in IT and Networking and Security, hold many certifications in my field and worked as an engineer at Google at one point) and tried to tell me what I was saying was a lie (iPhones have universal cellular modems since the 5 series), but the blatant push-back and shameless upselling when all I asked for was a replacement SIM card was absolutely horrible.I'm suffering from Lyme's Disease (No, really, I'm not doing well and will end up in the hospital by tonight) and this by far was the most painful experience I've had all week.EDIT: Rep's name was Michael. Not too bright despite claiming "19 years in the cellphone industry". Sure, I've actually got 25+ years in the IT industry and started when we typed commands when we wanted a computer to do anything useful, yet I still work in the field at the top of my industry.
