Friendly customer service. However, some shelves were filled with products that either expired a month ago or expire the next day

My favorite Target. I love the Starbucks employees. I love the Target employees. The store is clean and tidy and usually stocked. They price match Amazon and Walmart. PLUS, they have the world’s easiest return process and incredibly functional app.

I asked a floor worker if I could have the empty mini brands display box. She told me to take it to customer service and ask them or a manager, so I went to customer service and asked them how much they would charge me for the empty box or if I could just have it. I told her I was not trying to be dishonest and just walk out with it I wanted to ask first. I was told no I could not have the empty cardboard box by the customer service worker, so I asked her If I could talk to a manager, I certainly wasn't a Karen I asked very politely, and she got on the walkie-talkie and asked her manager if I could have the box. The manager did not even come up to the front she just told the customer service worker that if there's not a price on it that we cannot sell it therefore they can also not let me have it. it is what it is... I just find that outrageous it's going to end up in the dumpster and I was willing to pay for it. Oh well just posting this for others that may like to collect the mini brands that this Target location does not sell or let you have the empty box when the products sold out.

The younger blonde team lead is incompetent. I tried returning a quest 3 I had bought a week ago. Meta purposely does not match the serial number on the package with the one on the box. This is a well know occurrence and it states this on metas website. However, she would not let me return it as “the serial numbers do not match” I respectfully explained this to her and tried to show her on the website where it explains this. She did not even attempt to look and just kept saying “they don’t match.” This is where I got frustrated and even offered to buy a brand new one and show her right there that it’s how they are designed and return both of them. She didn’t care and said she wouldn’t return them. I asked to speak to an ETL and she just said “I am a manger.” I understand that you generally need serial numbers to match on returns. However, this is well know thing you can easily look up and her absolute lack of even trying to understand what I was saying is appalling.

I asked to speak to a Store Manager or get contact info for one, due to an ordering fulfillment issue, and some person named Pablo claiming to be the store manager would not allow this.

Nice. Didn't find what I wanted. But sometimes you get something better.

I have never had such a bad cashier experience in my life. Great grandma Jan was the most unpleasant person, she verbally complained to a co worker about me getting in her line. Then she rolled her eyes and huffed when I mentioned I had gift cards to use. Unfortunately one of the cards, the scan bar was messed up and she tried telling me I couldn’t use it (I know you can manually enter the number) so I asked her to do that and it clearly upset her as it seemed she couldn’t see the numbers well. I offered to read her the numbers and she ignored me. Which led to her entering them in wrong and told me my card failed and I can’t use it. I checked the balance before walking into the store so I know it was good. I ended up having to go to customer service, return my item and ask them to run the card. Which they had no problem doing and it worked. She just acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. Well she inconvenienced me that’s for sure.

Great place except I feel like prey when I walk past the books and electronics. I get a sales pitch for a new phone every time I walk through. Very annoying.

AT&T should stick to their own stores and not try to sell you their services when you're trying to shop. No one at Target wants to hear it, they'd go directly to a provider if they did. Was going to give 1 star but the store is always great otherwise.

They close the self-check out registers early in the morning and around 8:00 at night. Only one cash register is open at these times. Employees are busy shutting down the self-check out instead of opening up registers and check people out. I’ve had to stand in line 20 people deep. So frustrating. Customer service is lacking everywhere these days, and this Bellevue Target is no different. I was told the self-check out takes away hours from their employees, hence why they shut them down early. Not very convenient if you’re in a rush.
