What a pleasant experience! When is the last time you could say buying a car was a pleasant experience? The sales associate Brittany was great to work with. There was absolutely no pressure during the buying process. Brittany showed me the price of the car and let me make the decision on my own. How refreshing! James, with finance, was great to work with. I made his job harder with an oversight on my part, and he worked with me to make the financing I wanted work. Would recommend purchasing from any Beardmore dealership and especially to have Brittany help you out at the Hyundai dealership.

Justin Shoemaker and team were fantastic to work with. Very professional, kind, welcoming and most important to me...quick! I was able to text that the offer was accepted and they had the Santa Fe ready for me and paperwork started when I arrived. I am in love with the automobile and have already recommended Justin twice in more than 24 hours since I purchased the car! His team even helped me move over items from my previous car AND the car seats. Exceptional service!

Beardmore was the best car buying experience we have had in our life. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was warm, friendly, and honest. We have to give a special shout out to Phillip and Brandon. Phillip Garcia was like being with a family member. He made the experience effortless. He is kind and easily relates to people. He really made you feel like he had your back. He has an outstanding personality. He has excellent communication skills and is super organized and efficient. He is a rare human being and Beardmore is so lucky to have him as an employee. It is so hard to find honest, kind, empathetic, and genuinely friendly people in corporate America. Brandon was friendly and funny, he took the stress out of financing. He was good at explaining the processes. All the staff really appreciate the customers. They all clapped when we were approved for the vehicle. They were all welcoming and hospitable.

Purchased a hard to find Elantra N at this dealership with my son. Everyone was nice and super great to work with. Some car dealerships make you feel like your business is an inconvenience to them. Brianna and the rest of the folks at Beardmore made a good deal and shared in my son's excitement about having a new car. If I need another Hyundai I will only go here.

Thank you Beardmore Hyundai and Phillip Garcia for an incredibly easy buying experience. I was an out of state buyer that had been looking for a particular make/model for a few months.The dealerships nearby wanted to charge an extra $5k, so I was very happy to take a short flight to make the purchase and drive the new car home. Philip was great with keeping an eye out for the car I wanted. I didn't get spammed like I did with other dealerships. He just called when he had what I wanted. I wasn't ever upsold or pressured into going for something I wasn't looking for. They were able to take a deposit and hold the vehicle for me until I could fly in.After I flew in I was at the dealership maybe an hour until I was on the road with our new car. Thank you so much Beardmore and Phillip! My wife loves the new car!

From the time I sent my online inquiry about a couple of vehicles my experience here was amazing. Melissa emailed me within minutes of my inquiry letting me know the availability and pricing of the vehicle and said she would have a sales rep contact me. Within 15 minutes Philip Garcia called me and sent me a text. The car was not quite ready to purchase but he said he would let me know as soon as it was. The next day Melissa sent me another email to make sure I was being taken care of (so nice)! Philip was so great and the next day contacted me to let me know that it was ready but there was a lot of interest in it. I have a hectic work / family schedule so he went above and beyond and actually brought the vehicle to my office so that I could look at it and drive it, etc. I LOVED THE CAR! So, I was able to have him hold it for me until I got off work. He made everything so easy and no pressure at all, definitely recommend him. I worked with Caden in the finance office that also did an amazing job and worked to get me the best rate and to make everything easy (I had the kids with me so I definitely appreciated that). From start to finish this was a great experience and am in a great car. I definitely recommend them and will be back for any future car needs I have. They do an amazing job.

I typically don’t write reviews but I have had nothing but negative experiences with Beardmore over the past year. Bought a 23 Elantra less than ago and have recently been dealing with some issues with car, one of which is very serious where the car suddenly started accelerating on its own after taking my foot of the brake from a stop sign (luckily nobody was in front of me)I call the service department and explain the issues. They didn’t ask many questions or seem that concerned that someone who bought a brand new car from them less than a year ago was experiencing these issues this early on. When asked about a loaner car if they were to keep my car for more than a day, they couldn’t guarantee it. Not only that, but seemed the least bit helpful with addressing my concern, which was transportation for my family. If I buy $30,000+ car less than a year ago, and it’s already having issues, one of which literally puts my family’s lives in danger, you would at least expect them to say get the car in here right away and be able to provide you with alternative transportation. If this is how my experience is going to be with Hyundai, it definitely doesn’t make me want to get a new one in the future or recommend them.We already have 3 free oil changes from a previous negative experience we had with Beardmore, and honestly would rather them keep them than give them our business any more. Nothing worse than buyers remorse and giving your business to a place that doesn’t seem to care about you...

A salesperson greeted us immediately and from that moment everything went smoothly. Sammy pulled a vehicle around so we could compare 2 different ones and to our surprise we liked the 2 one better. Fell in love with the Venue and never looked back. Sammy walked us through everything. I would highly recommend shopping at Beardmores Hyundai and ask for Sammy!

Had my car taken in after attempted theft. Due to the amount of cars with the same issue, there was a long delay with the repair which was expected. After a few issues with my technician, causing more delays, the service manager helped to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Kevin was great and definitely made my experience a lot better than it was initially.

I really love how friendly everyone was in the store. They greeted me and made sure to ask if I had any questions. I'm glad I met Sammy when dealing with a car. The car was a manual transmission and it was my first ever car, as soon as I saw it I fell in love with it. I don't have much experience riding a manual car but he took the time to teach me the basics which I'm forever thankful for. He was very patient with me and made sure I loved everything about the car and answered any questions I have on it. For a first time car buyer, this was the best experience anyone could get and I was very nervous before coming in too. He had a great sense of humor, kind, and made you feel safe. The buying process was quick and easy and they answered all of the questions I had regarding the car. They like to go above and beyond and will work with you through whatever scenarios. They are also realistic and doesn't promise anything they can't fulfill.I do wish there was a little more communication. I wish there was a little more communication when I left my car at a gas station because I couldn't make it through all the hills. I didn't know if it was still there or back at the dealership and no one called me at all, so I had to call multiple times to figure out where the car was. But this doesn't affect my initial thoughts about them at all. They are busy people which I understand.I got a pre-owned 2001 Toyota Celica GT!

Branden sold us our new Santa Fe. He made the buying experience easy. He took the time to go over every feature in detail. It was also impressive that he printed the window sticker and put in writing exactly what deal he could make. Even after shopping at another dealer, this was the best deal. Easy, honest buying experience!

I have never purchased a Hyundai or any SUV before and the staff at Beardmore made the process enjoyable and answered all of my questions. By the time everything had been discussed I was confident in my purchase and am loving my upgrade from sports hatchback to sports SUV. Steve and Tyler are the bomb! They listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and pricewise then went above and beyond to meet my requests. Have already recommended them to family and friends without reservation.
