“My husband and I moved from Massachusetts (Holyoke) to California. We had excellent service with Mr. car shipper. They use a different driver company, ours was based out of Worcester, MA and the driver was with Bullet Express. Our driver was amazing! His name is Tulio! Tulio picked up our cars on Wednesday night, It was delayed from the daytime because of a truck issue, but that was fine because Julio kept us updated and called our phone and we said that we would still be OK with a nighttime pick up (we were flying the next day). Tulio met us at a big empty parking lot where he can maneuver the truck, both our cars were there, he did an inspection and took pictures of the car all around and he loaded the cars up into the truck. We had AirTags in our car, which I suggest doing, and we followed Tulio the entire journey. Tulio was so efficient— We were blown away that our cars arrived in Temecula, California on Sunday morning. Our cars were dirty, but that’s expected, but our cars were in the same condition as he took it in. Pictures below are one of cats arriving in CA and the blurry one is of our cats getting loaded on.
