Picked up the Uhaul. It was completely covered in snow with a giant pile in front of it. It wasn’t easy to get it out of the spot. The inside of the cabin and truck itself were really dirty. Leaves, sticks, and clumps of dirt everywhere. Returned it with only using 33 miles, I was charged for 63. I called and discussed the issue. I had it on speaker so the whole family could hear it. The Rep at this location gave me attitude for even addressing it as if I shouldn’t have the audacity to bring up being charged $30 more than I should have.They even tried to blame me for the mistake for “telling them I told them the wrong thing” when I SHOWED them the photo of the mileage at drop off. I understand people can get a 6 and 9 mixed up it happens but when it’s brought up there isn’t any need for rude behavior or blame others. Convenient location doesn’t make up for the dirty uhaul and attitude at all.

Beware! Had the most horrible experience here! My time is valuable and Came here for our 830 am reservation. Didn’t leave until 940! The Indian guy can’t even speak English. He tired to give us the wrong trailer size and we realized it wasn’t right! Then we had to switch to another trailer that was correct size! He didn’t even know how to hook up the U-Haul! We asked him to hook it up and he said he didn’t know how and that it wasn’t his job! So if you don’t know how to hook up U-Haul don’t go here. Actually just don’t go here at all! He was a complete moron. I called customer service to tell them and they already were aware of complaints on this guy not knowing how to hook up and the language barrier. However, why is he still contracted and working under U-Haul?? U-Haul I blame you for even having this location open under him! I demanded a full refund for the time and trouble we had to experience she told me to reach out to the corporate people. I’m so livid. If they don’t fully refund and then some I’m never using U-Haul again! This made us late and we were unable to accomplish what we needed to.

Making your customers feel like they did something wrong by not knowing how to unhook a trailer or put it in its proper location is bad business. I just drove 18 hours to be forced into tears.

I didn't have a good experience here with the UHaul place. We had reserved a 15 ft truck and when we went for pickup there was a trailer hitched to the back of the truck. The clerk, who was also keeping the hotel lobby, told us to just take the trailer off ourselves. We could not figure it out, and when we came back to ask for his help he was unable to take the trailer off either. We ended up waiting for about half an hour for one of his colleagues to arrive who knew how to take the trailer off the truck. All together not a smooth or pleasant experience, and really threw off the schedule for the day.

Avoid this location. Poorly marked property. Everything is handled at the hotel front desk and the staff is rude.

Avoid this location like the plague. Incompetent and careless staff. Runs off the hotel lobby. Returned the rental on time. Person refused to give me a printed receipt with mileage and final charges. Got an email later charging me 2 rental periods and twice for insurance. Had to call customer service because even though I drove back to the place, he refused to help and asked me to call customer service on Monday.
