Horrible, not the branch, the franchise is a completely disappointing experience, I haven't even opened my bank account for a month and they blocked it because they need to verify my complete information because they registered everything wrong, and now I lost a day of work, I owe the internet and they canceled several Amazon purchases, if this is not resolved soon I will change banks

This branch has become my go-to location for prompt and attentive service. Most recently, I needed help resolving an issue with a US Bank phone department. The branch manager, Michele, went above and beyond to help me. The empathy and understanding she showed me was appreciated greatly by me. The issue I had was resolved quickly, and Michele communicated with me consistently throughout.

I haven't really done much business with US Bank, but they sent me a generous promotion if I signed up so I went in person. It was a very long wait before someone could help me, but Dominguez took care of me and even stayed late to answer all my questions.

Looking for a better bank if you overdraft you get charged $35 overdraft fee that's standard in banking but if you're 5 days over they hit you with another $35 overdraft fee saying it's a extended overdraft fee so you get charged $70 overdraft fee when ask about it I was told they don't do the Xtra $35 fee to penalties to hurt you the say that will train you not to get overdraft fee it's just another way to rip people off

I have been waiting for 15 min in the drive thru business lane. The DT is the only thing open for US bank, in the entire area! Aaaand it closes at noon! Really!? I understand the pandemic makes it an inconvenience for people and we need to just manage it. But,This is ridiculous. My other banks aren't all closed down with one location open, and only dt, and closes at noon! People should leave this bank for one with better customer concerns.

I had went in the drive thru to close my account since the lobby is closed and I made my account at a 0 because it was negative and the girl told me she would close my account the next day to let it process and she never closed it and now I am negative from mail statements

Walked in last week to speak with a banker named Tiffany for a home mortgage and she hadn't made it to work on time so I set up an appointment for her to meet with my wife and myself a week later. We took off work to make the meeting at noon, walked in at 11:50am, and we were told Tiffany couldn't meet with us as she had scheduled something else for around that time. ???? Fumble! Seems to be a poor representation for US Bank...
