Came in to make a deposit and talk with a personal banker which I could not do at two other locations earlier in the day (42nd st & Southroads branches) which was frustrating! Drove to the Twin Creek branch and Michelle helped me, and explained things very clearly. Both girls behind the counter on 12/10/22 were very friendly and had motivation and ambition with their work that you rarely see anymore. Thank you.

I am going through a VERY difficult situation with my account, and branch employees Michelle (manager) and Nicholas have gone WAY above and beyond to try to figure it out. Whether the situation resolves in a positive way or not, I am incredibly grateful to these two for their compassion and dedication to helping me. Many things make me want to bank elsewhere, but I will stay with US Bank as long as I have access to this branch and these employees.

I wish I could give negative star to review. I make a credit card payment at 9am right after bank open. Gave the banker the credit card I would like to pay and the money. A day later, shows a credit amount to my the other credit card account which not even had any balance due. Of course, he applied my money to the wrong credit card, And it took me 30 mins to talk to the customer service representative to correct this issue and more than 10 days to covert the money to the correct credit card. 9am in the morning, the banker already feel sleepy and made this mistake!

All the tellers are friendly and give out good information. Never a line and they have good hours. Nice little neighborhood branch.

Nancy Burgess was the most unkind, unprofessional, and spectacle creating banker I have ever had to interact with. Her lack of respect makes me want to seriously reconsider my account with US Bank. This company should be ashamed to have her representing them.

Monthly fees are out rages, their customer service is terrible, and what I mean by that is that the old manager that used to run this location no longer works there, another some guy name Matt who is extremely rude I'll be close in my bank account on Friday

US Bank charges $7 to cash one of THEIR checks if you don't have an account with them. That is total bull and skimish! These big banks are totally ridiculous!
