Kate was amazing! She went above and beyond to help my fiance switch from Verizon to our plan. My mother-in-law was also there and she is not very tech savvy. Kate was very kind and patient with her the entire time. Very glad I am with this carrier.

It was time for an upgrade and Joe Lovercheck at the Bellevue location was fantastic! He took the time to explain all deals and discounts he could get me and definitely helped me get the best phone for my budget! He was super friendly and helpful! Also, even though he was working by himself, he was managing multiple customers in the most professional and polite way! I really liked working with him!

The sales reps at the Bellevue store are very customer oriented. They are all very personable and great each customer. They listen to your needs then work to get customer satisfaction. Lindsy went above and beyond in her customer service as she always does. I would, and have recommended U.S. Cellular and especially this store many times over. We have been satisifed USC customers for the past 20+years!
