I upgraded my plan at this store in July 2023, 10531 S 15th St. Bellevue, NE. They told me that I would get a cheaper price with better tower reception or priority tower for calls. Not sure if that is true or a bunch of garbage. The guy behind the counter asked me if i wanted some bundles to include disney. I told him no. I had already had the same bundles with another company. Today, I get an email from Verizon telling me that I have not used the bundle this guy set me up with unbeknownst to me. Be careful what you sign up for at this store and make sure your no means no to the person behind the counter.

I went in to the store this morning with a red screen expecting to have to buy a new phone. I talked to Aaron and he wasn't sure if this was something he could fix. after he did a reset, not a factory reset, that kept everything except some of my settings, and it was fixed!! He did an amazing job and only took 10 minutes in the store. Thanks Aaron!

6/15/23: Horrible customer service. The customer service reps at the store looked shady like used cars salesmen back in the day. Bad vibes all around this store. I waited over a half an hour for service and didn't get it so I left. I was there to upgrade my phone.The reps just didn't care at all about the line of customers in the store. n one came up to say "hey, it'll be a few minutes more " or anything like that. These reps were all talking about casual things to the people they were with and weren't speeding the process of assisting the customers and getting them out the door. One customer was on her lunch break to get a sim card swapped and she was sitting there for an hour when I arrived, not helped at all.When there is a line in the store, the reps really need pick up the pace of service and cut out the lengthy non topic conversations. I'll never go to this store again. Clearly, they don't know customer service.
