I upgraded my plan at this store in July 2023, 10531 S 15th St. Bellevue, NE. They told me that I would get a cheaper price with better tower reception or priority tower for calls. Not sure if that is true or a bunch of garbage. The guy behind the counter asked me if i wanted some bundles to include disney. I told him no. I had already had the same bundles with another company. Today, I get an email from Verizon telling me that I have not used the bundle this guy set me up with unbeknownst to me. Be careful what you sign up for at this store and make sure your no means no to the person behind the counter.

I went in to the store this morning with a red screen expecting to have to buy a new phone. I talked to Aaron and he wasn't sure if this was something he could fix. after he did a reset, not a factory reset, that kept everything except some of my settings, and it was fixed!! He did an amazing job and only took 10 minutes in the store. Thanks Aaron!

Israel was very helpful and I highly recommend his service.UPDATE: after all of his help in canceling our original order and getting us set up on a different phone we ended up back at the store because although the order had been successfully cancelled they couldn’t stop the shipping so we were charged for the phone even though they caught it and rerouted it back to Verizon. Israel took the time to investigate and provided a plan to fix the issue- he even gave me his number if I needed further help so we wouldn’t have to go back to the store! This young man was so helpful and kind! We will return to the Bellevue store on 15th Street because of his customer service! Thanks again Israel!

John at the Bellevue Verizon is AMAZING! I needed to create my own phone plan but at first it was just error after error. After our third day of trying we finally did it! His patience and customer service go above and beyond and I wouldn’t have asked for anyone better. Thanks John!!

John was the best! I needed help with setting up my verizon account and I was getting errors every time. John spent time patiently working with me, and made sure I had a solution before sending me on my way. It took more time than I thought it would, but it was not due to the store. Thank you John.

so tired of this company constantly lying to you, overcharges you or puts charges on your bill that never happened. as well as when you talk to customer service over the phone none of them know what they’re doing so you can get told how to do something by 5 different people all different ways that don’t work.

6/15/23: Horrible customer service. The customer service reps at the store looked shady like used cars salesmen back in the day. Bad vibes all around this store. I waited over a half an hour for service and didn't get it so I left. I was there to upgrade my phone.The reps just didn't care at all about the line of customers in the store. n one came up to say "hey, it'll be a few minutes more " or anything like that. These reps were all talking about casual things to the people they were with and weren't speeding the process of assisting the customers and getting them out the door. One customer was on her lunch break to get a sim card swapped and she was sitting there for an hour when I arrived, not helped at all.When there is a line in the store, the reps really need pick up the pace of service and cut out the lengthy non topic conversations. I'll never go to this store again. Clearly, they don't know customer service.

I got a 4yr plan, and the representative failed to explain the insurance to me. He left everything up to a tablet. I was just pushing though the screens. It was my first phone plan, I was excited. I went to an Omaha location and the representative told me he includes the insurance in all his deals, if they don't want it, they can remove it before the bill. I wish this store cared about their customers more, and are aware of their shortcomings as a new buyer.
