Since 1992 I have used the same Pharmacy for meds and shots. They could be the poster of Custoomer Service. However due to recent changes in insurance I had to find another pharmacy. This pass weekend was a disaster trying to get one script filled at two other locations. I have spent the morning trying to locate one in my network with good customer service. I have only had COVID shots here, but on-line reservations were timely and done easily. Changing my preferred Phamacy to this location with my doctors office.

I used to give this location 5 stars and was a daily visitor at this location. In the last year it went from one of my favorite spots to now dreading going in here. The customer is on the bottom of their list now and it definitely shows.

I used to enjoy my visits to this location but now I dread having to go into this place. If you have at least an hour to waste standing in line for a prescription that's already filled then great. Every time they claim they don't have enough workers back in pharmacy, or their POS system is being slow. I think Walgreens can afford a POS system that isn't breaking down constantly or hire more employees in pharmacy, each time I've been in there have been at least 5 back there. They also used to be open for 24 hours but no longer. Walgreens does not care about their customers experience anymore like so many other places this is now the "Norm".

I've been living in the area for nearly 4 years now and have tried using different pharmacies to try and find one I liked. I eventually started to consistently use this pharmacy for a few reasons. The pharmacy was open 24 hours, which was nice if you had came from the ER. The people working in the pharmacy are incredibly helpful. No matter what, whether I am using insurance or GoodRx, I will be taken care of. I struggle medically now that the pharmacy is not 24hr, but I do what I can to cope with it (like searching further away for a 24hr). I also notice now, and I'm not sure whether or not it's a bad thing, but I have noticed that the drivetru lanes can become VERY long, so have a chill playlist on deck. The one thing that I find troublesome is that I am not allowed to have a crucial part of my medication delivered to me because they're narcotics/opioids/benzos/what have yous. There has to be a way that I can get my meds sent to my house... you can check and double check. Will be continuing coming back!

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are utterly AMAZING. They're swamped constantly and are still working with such kind attitudes towards customers. I don't think people realize how much they do for us that is them going way above and beyond.

On several occasions the pharmacists and associates have lied to a senior citizen about my perscriptions. One example is several weeks ago a pharmacists told me directly my doctor originally sent my perscription for a 90 day fill/refill. Today I was told over the phone my doctor originally sent that same perscription for only a 30 day supply but they would refill it for a 90 day supply. I have been told if i want to change my perscription from a 30 to a 90 day I would need a new perscription from my doctor. Who do I believe and which one is caught in a lie to a senior citizen. The actually believe senior citizens are that stupid and would believe anything.

I ordered a few things online to pick up from Walgreens tonight. Older white/blonde-haired cashier at this location has ZERO customer service skills. NONE AT ALL. I walked in to the Bellevue location to pick up an online order and she pointed at the photo counter telling me "it's over there." She then went on the intercom to ensure an employee was at the photo desk and attended to the next person waiting in line behind me as if that was a good enough response. I don't care what kind of day or night you may be having, you don't treat customers like that. She is too old to be that disrespectful and unaware. If doing your job while giving decent customer service to customers is that difficult, do yourself and everyone else a favor and just QUIT.

This company should be shut down! They cannot keep up with the times even in the area of simple customer service etc. At the Gavin Road location in Bellevue,Ne I walked up to the front main check out counter, and the androgynous person is standing there playing games on their cellphone? I had to tell her I was ready to check out? I was the only one in line? She than laid her cellphone down so all could see she was in the middle of playing a game? Must be nice that Walgreens pays employees to play on their phones and collect a paycheck? Then I placed an online order for a disabled relative across the country to be delivered to their home. I placed the order on 4/2 and got FedEx confirmation of delivery on 4/12 that it was delivered. Only to get an email on 4/13 (today) from Walgreens stating I had been given a full refund for my order of 11 days ago???? I called Walgreens customer service to be informed that my original order was damaged and returned to Walgreens. Instead of Walgreens expediting a replacement order they just issue a refund? I spoke to the escalation dept. only to be informed that the escalation dept. no longer offers expedited shipping even for their errors. I already waited 11 days, now if I re-order it will take a minimum of another 5 days. That is a total of 16 days for laundry detergent, dish detergent and body wash? I was ordering from Walgreens only because they always ship items to this relative without incident. But after all the business I have given them they made no effort to help me get this quickly to my relative who is bedridden. I in turn placed an order online with Target same day delivery and will have it delivered to my relative tonight!!!
