I sat in line day 1 for my prescription 45 minutes before leaving. Today 4 cars ahead so I thought it won't be too bad. 30 minutes. I've never experienced this at any other pharmacy. And they don't even apologize for the long waits

Amazing management and staff ! I had an issue with an online order and this locations staff made sure to get it fixed not only fast but with no hassle on my end. Me and my newborn are grateful that this locations staff cares about their customers ! Thank you again Walgreens on Galvin! Specifically want to give a shout out of thanks to the manager Dakota who handled this situation amazingly , I couldn’t be happier with the help he gave !

Even when there isn't a line the customer service is VERY slow. Only person in line today 35mins later I finally have my prescription. And this was not becuase they where waiting on the Dr's office it was sent hours before me arriving. This is not the first time multiple trips all super slow minimum of 20-25mins per visit.

Staff is always friendly the lines are well managed calling a second cashier if necessary at a time we pace. Prices are always a little bit higher at Walgreens because of the convenience of the later hours but this store typically runs very good specials frequently and is the latest store open around the area closing at midnight

For some background: wife was ill and Walgreens called to tell her that her weekly script that ONLY she can pick up was ready. Since she was ill, I drove her there and after fighting traffic ( parking is horrendous, and drive thru was backed up to the street- only one drive thru open), she went in and after waiting in line 20 min., she was told to leave because she only had socks on. She reported that staff was complaining that "sick people should use" delivery service; "not come into store". We attempted the drive thru again....still 6 to 7 cars ahead of us. At least 2 vehicles left without transacting ( figured they got tired of waiting), but wait was still 30 plus minutes in the drive thru at the only window open that i cant reach, due to my vehicle (Expedition). So, plus our drive there and back, 90 minutes for a weekly med my wife needs. Needless to say, I'm extremely upset at a major chain store with such poor regard for their customers and piss poor service.
