My appointment was at 5:00 pm, I arrived at 4:30 and I had to be in line for more than 15 minutes, and they started working on my car almost at 6:00 pm. I thought it was a poor service and I had to complain to the manager. yes she treated me very well

Cool center, great staff. Everything that needed to be done was done quickly and professionally. That's how terrible the Walmart Auto Center in Nebraska City is, how great this center is. I recommend it!

Even though they were short staffed and didn't open exactly at 7am, my car was in and out within 30 minutes of when they did open.My only hiccup was with the guy that was running the register. He was a tadbit rude, and you could just tell by his demeanor that he did not want to be there this morning. He also got annoyed when he had to ring up my extra purchases to go with my oil change. Oh well, dude, you're a cashier deal with it!

Tried calling automotive dept and for 4 minutes it went between ringing to people answering not saying anything placing me on hold and ringing again multiple times. Not sure why someone can't just answer and ask if I could hold or just answer my super short question, but to just pick up the phone not say anything then send me back to ringing has no point.

These guys came in clutch when I needed them! I came in late in the evening 2 days in a row and they snuck me in last minute even though they didn’t have to and saved me from postponing my trip due to my car’s issues. Big shout out Hsee, Corrine, and Matt! Appreciate y’all!

Worst service, if you wanna GET YOUR PATIENCE TESTED.... visit them . Know you will definitely ?. Probably Walmart assumes "service mechanic" as super hero , expecting one guy to do all the jobs Lol.....

Arnold handled my visit came in for a tire repair, ended up he said I needed a new battery said he tested starter and alternator. He took out the battery that was in it which was "750" cold cranking amps and replaced it with one that was "550" I was there from 3:30-5:30pm later that same night around 9:00pm my vehicle lost all power and I was stranded on the side of the road it was pitch black dark I was by myself and van ended up going to impound lot!!! > Why didn't Arnold replace with the same size battery that was in it??????< I had to borrow money from family that's quite an inconvenience for me don't you think? Plus I have a broken leg. 550cca is NOT enough power to run my van because im still dealing with issue, can't drive my half the time cause it won't start and it has to be jumped started all the time. What is Walmart going to do to make this right???

Horrible service, ordered tires and set an appointment to be installed. There were no tires when I arrived for the appointment, staff was clueless, management offered no solutions. I had to call the 800 number for Walmart just to be able to get a refund. I will not use this business again and unless you are a sadist and like pain I'd suggest going elsewhere to have work done. There is a reason it is cheap, no one wants it. Stick to food and diapers Wally World.

Would be super cool if you would find a way to let customers know that your oil change area is out of commission so they don’t waste their gas to go drive there

had battery changed and 1st they called and said no tie down, so couldnt put new it. I went and got a tie down...They had changed the battery in car since 2013, but never said tie down was missing in all those yrs. They did not put in back in 2021, but then said I put battery in the last time. RIDICULOUS! I am 70 yr old woman and have never picked up battery and put in in my life! Then they put battery in and despite having new tie down, they did not fully connect the cables so car died on way home. Had to have it towed back. This is Jan. and very cold. Then they damaged the posts on battery terminal on this third try! They are incompetent, vindictive and rude. Will never return. They refused to have manager of papillion shop call me and pretended one of the guys who looked at my car was now a manager. I know he wasn't because had dealt with him for over a week through this and he kept saying he wasn't a manager so could not talk to the employee who did not fully connect by battery. I was there over 5 times for battery. Judge judy has a saying for people like this! don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining. They are scammers. will use other stores than this woke company. They don't act like they want my business so will spend everywhere for all my stuff from now on. Just checking on line I see items cheaper at other places and they actuall have employees who treat you like a human being.

Waited 3 hours for a tire to be mounted. All while 4 employees were standing around with their thumbs up their butts No one answers the phone, obviously lacking a decent service manager.

Don't let the undated "store of the month" signs fool you. My boyfriend and I tried to call ahead, but sat on the ringing phone for 2 minutes with no answer, should have been our first sign, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt and drove in. Ended up spending over an hour here on Sunday morning getting a flat tire repaired/staple removed which was about average for a walk in. We get home, let the car sit a few hours only to find out that it was going flat again, so we had to bring it back. This should have been priority since a repair job from that day came back hours later, but no, they spent 90 minutes letting the tire sit and leak air on the lift. We had to keep asking them to fix it because there was no sense of urgency or skill being shown here. The service manager Clifton even knew about this job but wasn't doing anything to get it fixed faster. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my vacation.Service: Tires
