very rude tech this morning and no pharmacist anywhere around. Didn't say anything when she came to the counter, I asked questions and got one word responses and she acted like I was bothering her and she didn't have time to help me.

We were traveling across country, and dealing with an emergency vet prescription need on the road. This was the only pharmacy that had that specific medicine on the road for hundreds of miles, and open late enough. We had a complication with our prescription, but the pharmacy manager (Tyler) went above and beyond. Trying to find any solution possible. Including running to catch us before leaving the store with another possible solution. Unfortunately, none were possible for us at the moment. Once we got back on the road, we got ahold of our vet and had to turn around with five minutes to close.Tyler stayed a little later to make sure we got it.He was sincere, and showed an incredible display of character. He gave us comfort in a stressful time, and it was very much appreciated.Thank you again.

I have in the six years I have lived in Bellevue or Papillion ever had an issue with either of the Walmart pharmacies. They have both always been respectful and wonderful. You guyys give respect to get it. Simple as that.

I called in after my hospitalization for my prescription and they said I will be receiving it the next day, i won't be able to pick it up myself because I'm can't walk! I ask them to just deliver it for me! So I can take my sugar medicine, it would be a perfect time if they will deliver my meds yesterday cause I run out of my sugar medicine. This is ridiculous!! I'm not satisfied with the customer service they display over the phone! Poor customer service! I'm not satisfied overall I won't be back in this pharmacy! Pulling my business together with my family, they suck!

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here since I moved to Bellevue 5 years ago. I have never had any problems. The longest it ever takes for a prescription to be filled is 15 minutes, and the staff are always very nice! Not to mention, it's the most affordable pharmacy around! Also, for those of you who are looking at these reviews, people will go out of their way to leave a negative review looooooong before they will leave a positive review. A lot of excellent businesses have their reputations damaged unnecessarily due to this. In my opinion, if you have a problem with a business, let management know first. Then try them again, and see if the problem persists. If it does, leave your review. If it does not, leave a positive review on the business' ability to adjust and accommodate the needs of their clients.

Horrible, horrible disrespectful, rude young man arguing with me about whether I actually had a reaction to a medication because he knows my body better than me apparently. Very argumentative, now I need to find a different Walmart pharmacy ðŸ˜

If there was a choice of 0 stars that is the rating I would give them! They are extremely SLOW, you will wait for 45 minutes on a prescription that has been filled already , that's how slow they are. They are disrespectful and RUDE to the customers. Including the actual pharmacist and several of the tech's. People should not have to be treated this way ever! The woman pharmacist is the absolute worst most disrespectful person I've ever known. She seriously thinks she is in control of your doctor's. She bad mouths the doctors. I have taken my business else where and I highly recommend you do the same . I don't know anyone in their right mind that would put up with this pharmacist and the other employees bull ----!!!.

Apparently it's not common place anymore for one person at the pharmacy to take care of you anymore and if you have an insurance update or have to talk to the pharmacist plan to wait a very long period of time
